Bet ya never heard this one before

So Monday I sent my phone out to get fixed because I cracked the screen. I received it back today (Wednesday) with a thin piece of plastic covering the crack and a note saying it couldn't be repaired. So naturally I texted my mom along with a photo. She called the number on the card they sent. A few minutes to by and I get a text back, Apparently what happened was they damaged my phone even more while trying to repair it. They are overnighting me a new one because of it. I have never heard that happen but hey, new phone 😂
