Old "mana transfer" with her probably helped too
i still find it surprising that kukulkan just decided to help chaldea just like that, and all it took was accidentally knocking them down when fighting Olga, plus she is made from ORT own hearth,( ya know, thet very being who could destroy the universe in a snap).
I mean, it was more calculated than that. She knocked Chaldea down because they were a threat to the Lostbelt, and she assumed that it'd be Daybit all over again, who was already corroding Mictlan's culture. She's partially right, because they do want to destroy the fantasy tree, but they're kinder than she expected- which threw her off.
After observing Chaldea and the Ocelomeh, she reached the conclusion that the Chaldeans were worth helping, and that Daybit and Tezcatlipoca were the bigger threat, leading her to fighting them and Tlaloc at the top of the temple and protecting Chaldea.
The rest of her arc in Part 2 is deciding whether to stick with her newly-developed sense of emotion and helping Chaldea, or prioritizing Malla and Mictlan's safety and destroying them outright. Luckily, something usually comes up that has slightly more priority (The Ocelomeh, Daybit/Tezcatlipoca, ORT, etc.) so she can consistently put Chaldea as #2 on her 'To Kill' list and stay with them.

This money Sabo only appears once in 100 years, reblog to get money asap.
I find this scene so funny because even if it is for different reasons this is the same thing many fathers do

I really want an episode of what if in which the other half is snaped and how they would do the time heist
