Hephaestus sketch from last month, I decided to change my designs of the gods a bit do they would look less human

(Uhhh, reason why? I was uhhh, trying to do some tarot cards with him. I'm absolutely new with it so I couldn't decipher his message </333 I drew him out of guilt... VERY SORRRY DFHHF AAAAAAAAAAAA. To be honest, I'm not even sure if it was him. Oh well! He's still a cool god to draw :^D)

Featuring this time, here are Artemis, Dionysus, and Hermes !! Including alternate hairstyles for Artemis and Hermes !! (Designs are all subject to change)

Details below for design ramblings !!

Artemis - Silver jewelry and silver eyes like the moon, very similar in appearance to Apollo, both wearing green. However, Artemis wears a warmer shade than Apollo’s. In my story, Apollo’s personality is more rational and calm, while Artemis is a bit more impulsive (whether or not that is more or less accurate than common interpretations, it’s primarily based on both their domains and the story of Artemis challenging Hera and the story of Apollo refusing to challenge Poseidon—if I recall correctly).

Dionysus - Bright purple, almost hypnotizing in its vibrancy, he dresses in to embody revelry. His hair is meant to look like pinecones like the one at the top of his thrysos, grapes for his domain as the god of wine. Looking very closely, the hair under the grapes is slightly darker than the surrounding parts, curling around his hair in resemblance of horns.

Hermes - His design is comparatively simple. If looking from upside down, his curtain bangs resemble wings, highlighted by their different shade. The gold represents his domain of trade, his chalmys for his domain of travelers. The gold jewelry matches Dionysus and Apollo, representing their brotherhood (funnily enough, the three olympian sons of Zeus not born to Hera).

I accidentally flipped Hermes’s design on the canvas, so don’t mind that, but anyway, thank you for reading !!
