Vogue July 20 Cover: “RowanxRiver: Fashion Forces”

Voguesims4 is back! 

The July Issue  features the winners of the Voguesims4 Met Gala 2020 Best Dressed Awards Rowan x River ! We received so many votes for this contest, so thank you for engaging with us!

For this month, Voguesims4, decided to create a more conceptual cover. The inspiring message @cyberth0t is spreading, inspired us too to explore a different side of fashion: These two “Fashion Forces” (both Rowan and River, and us Voguesims4 and Cyberth0t ) are joined to give a contribution supporting #blm…let’s raise our fists! 

@cyberth0t​ message:

“First, let me say that I am so, so excited and so grateful for your votes. This event was a bright spot during my shelter-in-place. Plus, if you follow me, you know I’ll take any excuse to dress up my favorite couple.

In lieu of choosing a game pack, I’ve asked VogueSims4 to donate money instead.

I’m from Chicago, and the protests, marches, and violence at the hands of police have been the focal point of my all my thoughts.

I’ve asked the money be split evenly between the following organizations:

- MY BLOCK MY HOOD MY CITY is a youth-focused org that is helping rebuild Black-owned businesses in neighborhoods all over Chicago in the aftermath of the massive (and ongoing) protests.

The John Walt Foundation is an organization that, in times of peace, supports and teaches kids pursuing the arts. I’m an art teacher and ex-performer, and that cause alone is near and dear to my heart. Right now, however, the org is focusing on helping west side families secure food and supplies.
