C.(S). Shownu x Reader + I.M and Joohoney | WC. 898 | G. Fluff | Request. Hi! May I request for a MX fluff scenario (any member of your choice) where the boys receive a love confession through a scavenger hunt of sorts? Please and thanks. ^^

“Just confess to him, I’m sure he’ll accept your feelings,” said a very frustrated I.M.

For the past 2 hours he and Jooheon tried to convince you to confess to Shownu.

Lord knows how many times you explained to them his killer smile, his cute laugh, and well his body.

“It’s not as easy as it seems, what if he just laughs at me, and if he rejects me, not only will I make a fool of myself I’ll also lose my best friend.” You explained. You tried to imagine that scenario, but the image put a pout to your face. “I’ll just die alone”. You concluded face planting onto the couch.

Both boys pitied you, for the longest time you had hidden your feelings for Shownu in hopes that maybe he would like you back and little did you know that he too was crushing on you, but like you, was scared to confess. Sometimes Jooheon wanted to lock you guys together until one of you confessed, how on earth two people could be so clueless was beyond him. I.M being equally frustrated at the crushing couple thought out a flawless plan.

“What if you confess but don’t be face to face while confessing?” questioned I.M.

You lifted you head from the couch to stare at I.M suspiciously.

“Seems too good to be true” you answered.

“Hear me out, instead of telling him your feelings you can show him your feelings, by sending him on a scavenger hunt with all the items being things that you like about him!” Inquired I.M.

You thought over than plan, it did seem like an easier way to confess and not totally embarrass yourself.

“Let’s do it!”.

All three of you got to work brainstorming ideas.

~1 week later~

During the past week Y/N, Jooheon and I.M had thought up where, when and how to set up the scavenger hunt. There was a quiet park where Y/N and Shownu often hung out that would be the last destination of the scavenger hunt while the café down the street from Shownu’s apartment would be the first.  

Finally, the day arrived where Y/N would “confess” to Shownu, she dressed up in an off-shoulder, baby blue dress with white flats, minimal makeup and her hair open. Before leaving she messaged Shownu to meet in the café near his house. Leaving the house she smiled in content thinking about seeing him.

Shownu arrived at the café soon after Y/N’s text, seating at their usual table he ordered some tea as he waited. Looking around, he casually glanced at the door from time to time anxiously waiting for his crush to arrive.

Truth being he was hoping for today to be the day he told y/n about his feelings, he too had been crushing on her for the longest time and now that she was taking the longest time arriving it was slowly agonizing him.

Just as he was about to call her, the waiter brought over his tea along with a note. He read over the note, fumbling in his pocket he searched for some cash, placed it on the table and exited the café. As he rushed to the location Y/N  had written for them to meet, there he ran into Jooheon who handed him another note but this time the note included a trait which Y/N  liked about him. Just like this note the next four notes changed the meet up location and listed a reason Y/N liked him. Finally, he reached the last location, a quiet park where he and y/n would often hang out for a much-needed break from their hectic lives. As he walked closer to the lake side of the park he was met by Jooheon and I.M.

“What are you two doing here? Do I need to go somewhere else?” he questioned.

“No hyung, this is the last place” announced I.M.

“Since you’ve read all the notes you probably also figured out that Y/N has feelings for you” started Jooheon.

“We know that you also have feelings for Y/N but like her were too afraid to confess, so we devised a plan where you both could confess” finished I.M.

Right on cue Y/N came out from her hiding spot holding a small sign. Moving past the boys he walked towards Y/N until the stood arm’s length apart.

She quietly whispered “read the sign”, he grinned and looked down to read the sign. 

“Hey Shownu, I was too afraid to say how I felt so the boys helped me show my feelings, I hope you can accept my feelings.” His grin changed to a smile which spread all the way to his ears.

He looked Y/N in the eyes “I like you too” he confessed. Both love birds stood smiling at each other too shy and shocked to move,

“Kiss her already” yelled I.M, “Couples” he scoffed.

Shownu caressed Y/N’s cheeks before moving in to kiss her softly. He moved his hands from her cheeks to her waist as she wrapped her arms around his neck. Pulling away they rested their foreheads together smiling and blushing at one another. The moment which had been long awaited was too beautiful to ruin with words, so Shownu and Y/N just cherished being in the embrace of one another, guess it’s true what they say the fruit of patience is sweeter.

In the deep quiet hour of the night, Belles’ stomach jolted her awake to a dark room. For a moment, when her bearings were not quite right, fear settled as if she transported to a strange place. Quickly turning her gaze there laid Jungkook with his back facing up and an arm around her torso. For the first time she let out a sigh of relief seeing the man’s face knowing that her location was at least familiar.

all i want to do is write that one fic that takes people’s breath away and kinda lingers in the back of their minds. i want to write something that makes people want to make art and play with my versions of characters or in the universe i created. i want to be able to create worlds that feel real enough to walk into and write lines that stick with people until they forget where exactly they heard it because it lives in their bones now.

Can u write for dpr about how ur a really good friend of him, and everyone thinks u guys should be together, but u and dabin just never discussed it and so it startssss
