Thank you so much! I will definitely look into some protection spells I can do before I do other spells. I definitely am worrying a little bit about doing something wrong. I always have anxiety about anything that I do. I need to practice being more confident. I'm sure the anxiety is making the hives break out. Can anyone help me figure out whats happening/what I need to do?

Over the weekend I did a very big return to sender spell as I have believed I was hexed by an ex best friend. I had a lot of resentment towards this person since we stopped being friends months ago. In doing the spell I put all the energy into it that I could muster. After the spell I felt much better and then ended up breaking out in hives (stress induced, though I didn't feel stressed). Usually I am a very anxious person and witchcraft helps me ease my anxiety, I just believed that since I had gotten rid of the anxiety and negativity that my body didn't know what to do with the emptiness of those emotions and turned it into hives since it didn't have another outlet (it's been cleared up since Tuesday morning)

Just a few minutes ago I cleansed my space and just put a glass of salt water under my bed for protection, I then itch my hand and realize I have hives again...obviously not nearly as bad as what I had over the weekend, just two small ones.

What sign is this? What should I do? I know it will clear up in a day but I am a bit worried. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Reading about Chaos Magick and one of the things someone said was that Fire was the most chaotic element...and I disagree. They're ALL chaotic.

Fire:

Flames that dance in any direction and consume any article or item infront of it. It eats, it breeds, it's argued on whether or not it's alive. There is seldom a calm state.

Water:

Rapids, rushing water that can destroy whole 50 year old tree trunks in minutes. Tsunami waves that take out cities. WHIRL POOLS may be it's most chaotic form depending on how big it is.

Air:

Tornadoes, Hurricanes that whip trees about, dust devils in its more calmer state. Even when the wind picks up and WE find it calming it may be a disaster to an insect. Hurricanes may be calming to giants if they were still around.

Earth:

Rapid growth of mushrooms, "weeds" and forests. We adore the quiet nature of trees and forests but there is a reason for grouping of 50 to 150 of trees to make up a wee bit of woods. Especially if it was rapid growth.

My point being - All the elements are Chaos magick. Chaos in small observable doses can be exciting and beautiful.
