Gotta try this one!

Native Recipes: Corn Soup

Supplied by a cousin ✨

Corn Soup

Ingredients:

-salt pork

-4-6 cans white hominy

-2-4 cans red kidney beans

-water

Instructions:

-Cut salt pork into small pieces, about ½ inch

-Put in soup pot, add about an inch of water.

-Bring to a boil, turn down the heat but keep it on a boil. Continually add water as it evaporates. You want it to stay at that inch of water.

-Cook for 4-6 hours.

-Open cans of white hominy and cans or red kidney beans. Do not drain.

-Add to pot and cook until hot all the way through

So true

We only respect people with jobs like a hedge fund manager more than fast food workers because of how much money they make. Fast food workers have done more for society than hedge fund managers have.
