For some reason my auto payment didn't go through with my phone (I have money before y'all worry) and now I have no phone service.

I tried to made a payment on my app and the app won't accept it for some reason???

But guess how I can fix that.

I can call. On my phone. Which DOSE NOT HAVE PHONE SERVICE!!

Why Cricket? Why dose your app not work properly and why do I have to FUCKING CALL you to restore a phone service. Explain to me how this makes sense as a feature??
