i can’t explain it but…swiss army man is just filled with life. like every scene is bright with sunlight, the forest is lush and vibrant, the soundtrack is just heartbreakingly beautiful; they even have little puppet shows in the montage!!!

even when hank was at his lowest it was a quieter version of that liveliness like it was saying, i’m sorry if the world is too much right now but i’m still here and you don’t have to do this alone. remember that.
