The Rose are currently making plans to sue their company and ask for their contracts to be terminated.  The band claims that JNSTAR Company has unpaid settlements dating from three years ago, a betrayal of trust, and an overly demanding schedule, especially in regards to their recent US tour.  You can check out the original Korean article here, and two different English translations here and here.  We will keep you all updated as we learn more information.
