I really love that the fics about Shawn and Gus tend to be sweet and tender. Shawn letting the mask down for Gus, being vulnerable together, the very definition of soulmates.

And it's like that in canon too, except they are like this 90% of the time

stating this now in the off chance im right: I think the guy singing christmas carols in the christmas episode is suspicious. Like john being mad at him was a funny bit but they put enough emphasis on it for me to be suspicious.

psych is such a relief compared to other fandoms. we all know shawn is bisexual and has the potential to be in love with all 3 of his best friends but like i never see any active hate about it. like more than one ship? polycule. don’t like any of them? they’re all still besties. it’s just such a calm feeling to scroll through the psych tag and just see them all being silly. i love it here

the beast below is a very silly episode of television. in real life if a whale was constantly being tortured to power the UK then people wouldnt have to erase their memories every 5 years to cope. in fact one of the election buttons would be "torture the whale even more" and 40% of the british voting public would show up to press it without fail and if someone came along and explained that you dont need to torture the whale for it to help they'd still keep pressing the torture the whale button "just to piss off the lefties"
