To celebrate the amazing milestone of 1000 kudos on ‘Harry & the Slytherin Six’ by @youhavemyswordandmybow on A03.
I give you the Drarry kiss that was promised many months ago. Back when I never thought I’d ever feel confident enough to actually draw it. So everyone can tell Bow that she was right, again! And read her story, because it’s amazing!

Chapt 3: Plans
"They say he’s six foot five. That’s a couple of inches taller than I am. Thank Merlin! It’s such a bother having to bend down to kiss someone,” said Greg, as if kissing Ronald Weasley was a sure thing in his prospects.
Next to him, Vince was so excited about discussing Ron Weasley’s physical attributes that flecks of soup were spraying from his mouth as he simultaneously chewed and spoke. “His Quidditch pants in fifth year were soo tight, you could literally trace the outline –”
“Vince!” Draco hissed at the idiot, “my mum’s right there.”
“That’s okay, Draco. She’s reading The Prophet. She can’t hear us.”
“I can.” Narcissa wrinkled her nose, not taking her eyes off the newspaper. “But I choose not to.”
“Oh! It’s so cruel to let the boys go on like this,” Blaise’s mum wailed from the sofa, where she lay, dabbing at her eyes with her embroidered handkerchief. “Fantasising about something they can never hope to achieve. Thanks to you, Narcissa. Boys I’m afraid you’ll only ever see Weasley cock in your dreams.”
Blaise rolled his eyes and shared a knowing look with Draco. “Mother, it’s a bit inappropriate to be talking like this, don’t you think?”
Portia frowned at her son. “Where you get prudishness from, Blaise, is a mystery to me. My third husband, your sire, was no prude. Unless … my second … But no, there wasn’t any overlap. I don’t think. Ugh, whatever,” she waved at Blaise in dismissal. “We can say whatever we like, as we’re not likely to encounter any Weasleys in real life. The Parkinsons will get to them, you’ll see.”
“Don’t be mad, darling.” Narcissa dropped the paper, and came to sit beside Portia, who was doing her best to ignore her. “Tell me more about Ron Weasley’s desirable qualities.”
“I am sick of that name!” Portia Zabini declared vehemently. “I entreat you to be quiet, Narcissa. I never want to hear that name again. It only brings me sadness.”
“Well, that’s a bit of a problem since they’re expecting you and me to visit them in the evening.”
“What?” Portia squealed and sat up to hug Naricssa. “Oh I knew I loved you for a reason. Boys, did you hear that. Narcissa and I will go and make introductions and pave the way for you to be invited to social events. Oh, isn't that brilliant?” She clapped her hands in delight.
Draco shared an amused grin with Blaise. Despite his trepidations about facing Weasley and whoever else he might find in his company, Draco couldn’t help but be amused at the little drama that was unfolding. The future held a lot that he dreaded, facing old rivals for instance, yet in this moment all he felt was gratefulness at the little found family his mother and he were able to patch together after the war.
