Just a tip!
If you're in a place, mentally or physically, where you only have the spoons to take care of yourself in one way, I HIGHLY recommend taking care of your teeth.
Acne goes away. You can always start working out later. Stink is easily fixed with a single shower. Hair can be brushed and cut.
Issues with teeth are expensive, painful, and overall suck. Your teeth health can have an impact on other things, too, like jaw issues.
If you're faced with the choice of either taking a shower or brushing your teeth, I highly recommend brushing your teeth. Whatever tools help you to do that, disposable floss picks/toothbrushes, kids fun-flavored toothpaste, soft bristled brushes, anything is better than nothing.

I'm glad i'm reading this because i used to forgive everyone everytime even when those persons weren't really adressing the harm that caused to me (and to others). I've bottled up so much anger inside that now i feel that i'm broken, i don't wanna fight those people but i'm mad and it's okey to feel that way. I need to be angry, this emotion has a function and it's to point that something it's wrong and that you must defend yourself.
I'm no talking about to be furious about everything all the time, the people who damaged me were like this and make me think that them yelling in a agressive way was fine, but me (or others) breathing agitated or crying was violent.
Fuck this people, i have the right to daydream cutting their heads with a katana and be happy about it.
Can y’all get off my post about forgiveness talking about how I need to forgive for me to be happy?
How many times do I have to say I’m hateful and happy?
