Yuzuru Hanyu decided to casually write his own anime and not tell us.

Gift was LITERALLY the ABSOLUTE BEST thing I have ever seen. So many emotions. So many memories. Such a kind message. You're never alone. It'll be okay.

This show's set list had such a flow. Yuzuru was born to perform. Such a natural storyteller. But then BAM he hits us with fucking Beijing Rondo. Ppl on tumblr and reddit were so right about it being group therapy. I STARTED BAWLING WHEN HE LANDED THAT FUCKING SALCHOW AND HIS FUCKING VICTORY FACE MADE ME CRY EVEN MORE.

The scariest thing about this show is that NOTTE STELLATA is coming up as well and if we know Yuzu, he's going to want to top this fucking masterpiece of a show. I CANNOT WAIT!

Thank you for all that you've done for the figure skating community, and the world Yuzuru Hanyu. You've made history and will continue to do so!

Ok I know the olympics were a year ago, but I have a question that I want to discuss.

Let's say that IF Yuzu landed the 4S and IF he somehow landed the 4A, do y'all think he would have continued to compete?

Thoughts about the Ilia situation

Ok, so shit happened yesterday, and Ilia Malinin said VERY homophobic statements and also dragged Yuzuru down the bus. To recap, he essentially responded to a question asking him if he needed to prove that he is straight. Ilia responds by saying that he cannot say that he is straight so that he can get a higher PCS score. This is essentially implying that gay skaters like Jason Brown, who has literally been such a positive and supportive mentor in his life this past season gets free PCS points because he is gay and that Ilia doesn’t. On top of that horrendous statement, he also said that Yuzu looked “pissed off” at Ilia because he landed the 4A first, but still congratulated him. 

I have several things to say about his live. First of all, making excuses--especially such offensive ones as a competitive athlete really highlights your personality and how you see yourself. Someone like Yuzuru Hanyu, who has achieved what no one else probably will in their careers is constantly critiquing himself. He’s faced so much adversity whether it is injuries or the ISU’s blatant underscoring--especially in PCS--when we all know he deserves SO much better in that category. His humility and readiness to accept criticism whether it is deserved or undeserved is seriously commendable. We never saw him giving any shitty excuse about why certain parts of his scores weren’t up to his standards. Stop trying to be oppressed and play the victim. You’re not. 

Additionally, I just realized this, quite stupidly. When people host insta lives, they choose which questions to answer. If Ilia really wanted to, he could’ve just not read that specific question. But the fact that he did shows his true colours. 

Anyways, our unbothered and unproblematic king continues to reign and I cannot wait till FaOI

Han Jisung's existence is so reassuring.

I'm someone who doesn't enjoy constant company. I like my time alone, But the friends I make are some of the most important people to me. I've always been told however, to change myself. To become more extroverted. That I won't be a successful adult otherwise.

Seeing an IDOL take comfort in a few friends and enjoy his alone time helps more than he'll know. 🤍
