nothing made me think of this and idk if theyre still doing it but every time i think im safe to like. be a person and not be stalked by these people, they prove me wrong so hey quick reminder that if you're friends with my ex or their partner* and you're stalking me on their behalf (or if you ARE my ex or their partner and youre still obsessing over me after almost 2 years now), you're literally a fucking freak and you need to move on.

idk what part of "leave me alone and do not contact me, end of story" doesnt sink in but you guys keep proving that you cant even do nothing right every few months or so, so now i feel the need to make these PSA's every so often (even though they get ignored by you). i just wanna be left ALONE, and for some reason, every (at least 3) months, one of you tries to contact me as if i have not stated my incredibly simple boundary of "leave me alone" explicitly and repeatedly.

i don't even know what these people have (or had, though i doubt theyve stopped stalking me) against me other than me going to therapy and saying "multiple professionals with proof told me my relationship with my ex was abusive and manipulative, so i called it just that". either way, they keep re-proving theyre openly stalking me by contacting me or getting mad and saying "i'm not distancing myself right" when i... ask them to stop stalking me??? or just straight up saying theyre stalking me.

* usernames are xx/gri/m_hea/rt/xx and h0/n3y/_V last i was aware (dashes are so it doesnt show up in search results). PLEASE do not - i repeat do NOT - harrass them or egg them on, just block them or block me if youre friends with them. i cannot stress this enough, i literally just want to be left alone from these people.

this is not related to anything but we really dont talk about how horribly damaging self-depricating humor or even just calling yourself bad all the time really is. please be nicer to yourselves. you deserve it and digging yourself deeper into a grave hurts you, especially, but also the ones who care about you. i know its a tough habit to break, but trust me, its not worth it.
