She catches a reflection off of what I think is a bracelet on one of the students wrists. You can see, that his hand is twitching. What I'm getting at is, I think he's infected and already turning, sitting right there, in the class room. We saw something similar when Tess has been infected. There is a whole sequence of times, where Joel, Tommy and Sarah avoid being infected by not eating food made with flour, like the pancake mix or the birthday cake that Joel forgot to buy, or the raisin cookies, because Sara doesn't like raisins. But that scene at school gave me chills for some reason...
