Honestly, I wanna practice drawing a bit more frequently. So I may make something(last minute, sorry) called FremiMay. Drawing prompts for each day. Kinda like inktober.

Would people like that? I have no clue

Sorry for how late this is! I'm doing a lil drawing challenge for me to get more confident about my art!(and more confident about posting online in general)

I'm calling it FremiMay and I'm sharing the prompt list I made just in case people wanna use it too!

FremiMay Day 1: Diving

A very simple doodle today! It was moreso just playing with different poses, but it's hard to find a natural swimming pose.

The doodle at the bottom is a reference to the first time I saw Fremi show up with the stone tablet in the archon quest. It's model ended up being massive and all I could think about was 'how did that man pull it from wherever he found it underwater and drag it all of the way here?!'

Tomorrow's prompt is 'superhero'! I hope to do a more detailed doodle! Thank you all if you read this far!

Sorry for the blurry pictures, when Sunny is busy being an artist there is not a lot of time to capture a clear photo

In order to get her to draw I hold the eraser(otherwise she will consume it) and she just likes to throw the pencil around

FremiMay Day 2: Superhero

I may have had a few ideas for this

The left is some sort of superhero costume. With some Oceanid themes.

I think a cool superpower for Freminet would be 'magnetism'! He can either attract metal objects towards him or yeet them at high speeds. I'd think if he's a superhero in a modern au he'd become a fan of magnet fishing. Just. With his whole body.

The right picture is Freminet in a Madoka outfit because 'magical girl' was the first thing that came to mind when I thought about superheroes.

Keep in mind that tomorrow's theme is Idol! Are we gonna see some Mikus? Freminet with someone he looks up to? Freminet at a concert? Who knows!

FremiMay Day 3: Idol

I was gonna draw him with More More Jump but instead I thought of this wholesome thing

Lyney my beloved. I think Fremi would look up to him.

Lyney would be his sun and Fremi can't help but feel like he's just a shadow. The sun creates shadows, the sun supports life and is warm. Shadows are cold. Shadows can only follow.

Idk, I'm trying to be deep lolol

FremiMay Day 4: Family

This one actually comes from an AU I've previously mentioned.

People want me to make a fanfic out of it, but while I think about the pros/cons of writing I offer found family art.

This is Kokomi using her vision to help Freminet walk on water.

Tomorrow's prompt is 'steampunk'!

Description of the au below!

In this au Freminet was given the flames that would erase his memory after he failed a mission that put the Hearth's safety at risk.

During his recovery Freminet enters a state of delirium where he thinks he's still in danger and that people want to hurt him. He manages to have enough adrenaline to yeet himself out of wherever he was being cared for and stowaway on a ship. After hiding in a box he succumbs to his fever once more.

Well the ship makes it all of the way to the Inazuman seas before they realize that they have an uninvited guest. They can't really do anything cuz. Like. Freminet seems to be in the middle of a medical emergency. So the crew of the ship settles on dropping Freminet off at the nearest island for medical attention.

That island happens to be Watatsumi.

When Freminet finally wakes he has no recollection of his previous life, his name, his hobby. He doesn't even know what a vision is. Even though he happens to have one on him.

So he builds a new life on Watatsumi. He lives under a new name and lives his life being Kokomi's assistant.

There's an entire found family arc between Kokomi, Gorou, and Freminet. It's great.

Meanwhile Lyney and Lynette only learned about Freminet's fate after he had taken the flames. When they rushed to check on their brother the room was empty.

Only Pers stood on the bedside table.

(pretty much Lyney and Lynette spend the entire story frantically looking for their brother, and are willing to threaten multiple government officials to find Freminet)

FremiMay Day 5: Steampunk

I had this ready to post hours ago but then I went on Tumblr and got distracted by a Limbus Company post. I just completely forgot after that lolol

I...

Realized I don't know how to do steampunk. Though, I struggle with outfit designing in general. Lolol

I am sososososo excited for tomorrow!!!!

Tomorrow's prompt is 'mermaid'!!! In honor of mermay! I LOVE doing hybrid character arts because I enjoy the amount of research I can put into it. :D

FremiMay Day 6: Mermaid

Here's dog shark Fremi!(Plus my notes when I was researching their biology)

Dogfish was the first mer-typical animal I could think of. The best way to describe what they feel like is... Similar to when a cat licks you? They aren't the smoothest animal lolol.

I'm gonna put another Mer Fremi below the read more. That one I made back in April, so it's not necessarily part of this challenge but it is related!

Shrimp Fremi!

That other person is Collei lolol

I think Freminet personality-wise would be a lot more similar to a shrimp. They are very jumpy.

Shrimp have the goofy ability to just yeet themselves. They are also just really interesting creatures to watch! They have little grippers that you can watch pick up food. They clean themselves a lot. They slap things with their whiskers.

And fun fact about shrimp: a lot of shrimp will actually have females be larger than males!

FremiMay Day 7: Pokemon

My main idea was some sort of Magearna thing. Where Fremi either became a Magearna, or he created one, or he found one and fixed it up.

Another idea was that he was in a PMD world possibly as a fire type or steel type. Something that would not do well underwater. But his biggest dream in the world was to map out the ocean. To explore the underwater vastness.

But I kept getting tied up with too many ideas n stuff, so I just settled with cetoddle.

Lyney and Lynette are also in the doodle, Lyney is a shiny tho. Just to make him more whimsical(and also to match his color scheme a bit more)

Tomorrow's prompt is 'fatui'! I can't wait to see all of the angst to come from this!

FremiMay Day 8- Fatui

I took some inspo from Collei's background for this one!

Fatui Experiment Fremi!

It was mainly so I could practice drawing a different pose that I wasn't used to. You guys get a bit of line work just for a treat.

This probably comes from an au where he is sent off to Dottore before Arlecchino became knave. He gets long hair because I said so.

More details about the experiment au below because it has mild spoilers to the Fontaine archon quest

Tomorrow's prompt is 'kitty'!

The experiments being conducted would be related on how to get Fontaine-born people to resist the primordial sea water.

Dottore's plans are to see how much a person can take and what puts them on the brink of dissolving. He also wants to study dissolving and why it happens. Yet, Dottore isn't actually aware of the Fontaine people being Oceanids.

Freminet happened to be the experiment where he found the perfect point of: becomes water but doesn't dissolve. He is completely unable to control his powers and mental state. Just like Manga Collei he just kinda... Gets possessed? He becomes more Oceanid than human, the voices of his Oceanid brothers and sisters scream to him. Freminet loses the ability to act on his own and has a period of time where he just rampages.

His body has a blue tint to it, but can retain some color. Such as his hair still being blonde.

His Oceanid can escape his body but it causes his body to melt into a puddle. The tail of the Oceanid cannot leave the puddle. When the Oceanid returns to the puddle it takes a bit for his humanoid body to return.

Freminet also likely has issues with sensations. He can't necessarily feel pain due to his body being water, but he also can't necessarily die by being stabbed. Because his body is water.

Talking about his body being water, let's talk about elemental reactions:

Having cryo be used on him is probably the closest he'll ever get to the sensation of death. His body and mind are frozen, it's as if his time has completely stopped.

He cannot feel the force of geo. If you were to crush him with a geo construct he would end up reforming in a few days. If you were to trap his body within a geo construct his mind would still work. He can't necessarily die without more primordial seawater turning him into a full Oceanid at this point, so he would just have to wait patiently until he is freed.

Freminet typically avoids dendro because it zaps his energy. It becomes harder for him to fight his Oceanid urges and he loses control easier. He does, however, move slower when dendro is being used on him.

Electro makes him jittery! He violently shakes when he is imbued with electro unless he is touching something to transfer the charge. If the electro pulse is too strong then he will become immobile.

Pyro is probably the closest Freminet will get to actually feeling 'hurt'. His body literally boils if it gets too hot. If he gets too much heat then his body will be unable to keep its form and he may melt. So if you are bringing him to the Sumeru desert make sure you bring a bucket! Otherwise you may have to shovel some wet sand in your bag and wait for him to reform later.(He luckily does not evaporate)

Anemo doesn't necessarily do anything special to Freminet. If he is hit with a strong burst of wind that would shred his body apart he typically reforms quite quickly. (When he is a puddle it takes a lot longer to reform than if he just has to rebuild some water to get a neck or arm again)

Hydro doesn't necessarily effect him. He kinda works like a hydro slime. But on the note of water, liquids that aren't room temperature may risk him experiencing discomfort.(Like if you were to try to microwave a mug of cold water, sometimes half of the water is warm and half of the water is cold. It's uncomfortable to drink. He gets that feeling when drinking things other than his current temperature)

Not me coming up with an entire universe and lore for a simple art prompt.

I could go more into a ramble on if he escapes then his own personal Amber(as she is Collei's hero) would be Chongyun. Cuz I think that would be cute.

FremiMay Day 9: Kitty

Sorry, darlings! This one is a lot more simple compared to the last ones!

I just think Fremi would be a cute little gray cat. :]

Also sorry I've been wrapping up my college finals today! AAAAA

I'm prepping for Miku Expo this weekend also so my post is quite late in the day for me. :/

Luckily! Tomorrow's prompt is Crossover! I am so excited about it!

Okay, FremiMay Day 10 may be a day late and I may have to post 2 days tomorrow 😭

Luckily I'm spending the majority of Day 11 in a car so I'll have time to draw when I'm not driving :)

I might write something for it too, idk yet!

FremiMay Day 10: Crossover

"Tell the kid today's treat is going to be grape-flavored candy. It's his favorite."

"He ultimately survived thanks to this place. I hope he continues to live, in any shape or form."

There once was a small child that was quite sickly. His parents abandoned him due to an infection that he was not expected to live through. The child was destined to die by the age of two.

However, when researchers found this child they decided they would become his new parents. The child learned simple things like the ability of sound or movement. He could not speak himself, but he understood speech directed at him. The child could not read, but he loved books.

The one thing that the researchers learned about the child as he grew is that the child loved anything about the ocean. The child could spend hours gazing longingly upon the pages of picture books. The child would make pathetic scribbles of sharks with crayons. The child dreamed for the ocean.

If you remember, this child is quite sickly. While the researchers managed to greatly expand his life expectancy by keeping him in a lab, any exposure to the outside world could remove all progress they have made. So. To let the child visit the ocean they have him fruit flavored candy. This candy let the child freely experience colorful dreams where he could swim with sharks and bask in coral reefs.

The child loved the lab like his home, and he loved the researchers as if they were his parents. Even if the child was unable to speak, he would use his frail legs to follow his caretakers around.

The only thing he could do in this tiny lab was run around and dream, and the child was content with that.

Mmgh, I was so excited for day 10 but I did this on two hours of sleep while in the car for Miku Expo lets gooooo!

I want to adopt all of the child-aligned abnormalities in Lobotomy Corporation. Today's Shy Look, Child of the Galaxy, Laetitia, The Dreaming Current, Scorched Girl, etc. Fremi just gives me massive Dreaming Current vibes due to the ocean theming.

I really wanna make an employee Fremi au, maybe a comic where Qli shows him the ropes of the job. (QLI MENTION!!! FOR THE DISCORD PEOPLE!!) I also really wanna make Limbus Company art of Fremi. Nghhhh, there's so many ideas and so little time!

Day 11 prompt is 'Alt Vision'!

FremiMay Day 11: Alt. Vision

I feel like saying 'hydro' is too simple.

I want a Freminet who becomes interested in the sky instead of the ocean. He tries to do things that'll give him more lift on a glider, even trying to figure out how to make planes.

One day he gets his anemo vision when he manages to successfully make his first flying contraption.

Or he could get his vision when he is falling through the sky after a failed attempt at creating manmade wings that can fly instead of glide. But instead of being terrified, he just puts his trust in the wind and ends up being saved by receiving an anemo vision.

Instead of the Hydro Dragon he believes in the wind wisp. Idk if he's still Fontaine, as they kinda have started to produce flying machines-- but he follows the fairy tales of the wind wisp instead of Fontainian folklore.

Y'all can decide if the wisp in the pic is an imaginary friend or if he's managed to catch the eye of a certain god.

FremiMay Day 12: Father

I was busy at Miku Expo and didn't post this aaaa

I didn't bother to draw hands

Just assume they are undercover or something, I didn't think up much of a story for this one aaaaa

I'm also not that proud of this one, but the goal is to make art consistently to make the daily quota-- if I'm a perfectionist then I'll never do that!

Tomorrow's prompt is 'OTP'! Who do you ship Freminet with? I can't wait to see!!

FremiMay Day 13: OTP

I really like the rare pair of Freminet x Razor. With Fremi x Collei or Fremi x Chongyun being a close second

Razor just has very large eyes for the memes. Also we love giving the wolf boy some sort of wolf cut.

Also another personal headcannon is that nobody knew their relationship to each other because neither really talks they just linger around each other.

Razor likely knows body language as a form of communication due to his wolf heritage and just understands Freminet's tells very easily. And then when Fremi notices that someone actually understands what he needs without having to say it out loud then Fremi puts in the effort to be the same for Razor.

So they just sit next to each other sharing minimal words, but still completely understanding each other and being comfortable in the silence.

Fremi goes nonverbal from his anxiety and Razor tries to take up the talking role while they are in public. Razor struggles at holding conversations and it's likely hard for others to fully understand him-- but it makes Fremi be in awe over how pure and amazing of a person Razor is.

Freminet teaches Razor how to properly swim and some survival tips for underwater. Razor learns better ways to catch fish and other useful things that can help his wolf pack. Which he's grateful for.

Idk, those are my headcannons. I just think that two physical claymore bois with superconduct is super goofy. They likely have very different fighting styles and would learn a lot from each other.

FremiMay Day 14: god

Maybe he's the god of the primordial sea or abyss something idk

Imagine a massive socially anxious higher power blessing a pair of goofy magician twins. Fremi doesn't tell anyone that he's about to give out a blessing, the twins just wake up some day with powers or whatever. They are confused. Everyone else is confused.

This would be its own au where there aren't visions or archons, but gods can choose mortals to bestow gifts of power upon in return for the mortal being their representation in the human realm.

FremiMay Day 15: Pers

I couldn't come up with an idea so I just drew pers.

But I was trying to think of an au for this whole drawing so I'll add my thoughts below

Sorry for the bad picture quality. And the very simplistic doodles. And the vague au ideas I'm about to share. The Penn is ill and it's uncomfortable to draw. I still wanted to get something out though!

Now for the au ideas:

My first anime was a show called Princess Tutu. It was a ballerina/magical girl/romance anime where the main character had the ability to turn into a duck whenever she made quacking sounds. Perhaps this is an au where Freminet happens to turn into a mechanical penguin under a set of circumstances.

Another au idea is that Freminet's human body perishes and his soul is transferred to his robotic companion

We could just assume that this is a Pers doodle and is Freminet related. No au.
