Quick question, based on my art how old do y’all think I am? Pls answer is rlly Important to me to know this bcs based on the answers I’ll re evaluate myself, my art and how much should I be practicing 🫶 ( also pls keep in mind that I post mostly quick sketches so this is not the best I can do )

Alr jokes aside I rlly wanted to redraw this screenshot from one piece bcs I think it looks rlly cool, also I absolutely ADORE Luffy and lily’s dynamic it’s adorable.

Btw idk if some of you know this but one piece has its fair amount of g/t in it, little garden and the Gyojin island arc are PACKED with g/t content, although I wouldn’t recommend watching all 1072 episodes just for the g/t bc it’s not even a fraction of the show but y’all should watch it nonetheless it’s amazing, besides GIANT LUFFY IS CANON NOW AND IM SO HAPPY ✨( I always thought he gave giant energy AND I WAS RIGHT )

Honestly I just went up to my friend and told them, “did I tell you abt this weird thing I like?”

Then explained them what g/t was and the entire lore of my g/t ocs and she was rlly cool with it, I even showed her my drawings 😃

talking about g/t with irl friends

You heard it here folks, I’ve done it. I’ve been able to rant about g/t to my friends without the embarrassment of them figuring out I want to be tiny/have tiny friends. How did I do it? A simple formula. It’s normal for me to have an ‘icebreaker question’ that my friends and I talk about and the one I had been using for months got old so I scrapped it. Instead, I acted like I consulted with some friends about figuring out a new one and decided on this:

‘what would you do if you were tiny for 24 hours?’

seems simple enough and unassuming of any ulterior purpose but by asking my friends this question I have made them unknowingly fascinated with g/t. The past two days I’ve been surrounded with debate on what all my friends would do while tiny, such things involving having me take care of them or wanting to put me in a pocket.

Anyways if y’all happened to see the comic I posted yesterday this two are the same characters, Hunter and Owen I just changed the big guys design :), from now on the character is gonna look like that, even in part 2 of the comic, it kinda ruins the continuity but I didn’t like the old designs that much :/

Random idea I can't get off my mind-

A humans who's life has been hard and when they were ten wrote a letter without Stamps are an address or anything saying something along the lines of "if theirs anyone who's big and strong please help me" or something more poetic than that, and Years later when their like twenty and are kinda out of that situation, a giant just comes in and rips the roof off their apartment or house and is all like "I got your letter! I'm here to get out of here!" And without giving the human a chance to explain or even process what's happening, kidnaps them and takes them to their cabin in the forest. In the giants mind their helping the human get out of a dangerous situation, but in reality they just found a ten year old letter in the dirt on their way home and felt the need to be a hero.

total stone faced giant who absolutely adores and gushes over their tiny in their head, like theyre not afraid of them knowing or embarrassed or anything they just naturally are not expressive like at all. like constantly face no emotion, voice no emotion, but if you read this mfs mind itd be all “OMG THEYRE SO CUTE I LOVE THEM HOLY CRAP PLEASE LET ME HOLD AND HUG YOU ALWAYS <3333″ but this guys is also very intimidating and all this creates huge misunderstandings on these alone, like like in a very deadpan voice say something like “ *smols name* come here.” and this mf (prolly has some resting bitch face too) scares the crap outta the smol making them think theyre in trouble when my guy really just wants to see and be around their smol

while im working on the art for the interactive take this

A new species!

(you're free to use it without credit, just don't claim it as your own)

the species are currently called deerians because i created them 2 years ago in the middle of the night and never renamed them

anyway, they're little people- naturally around 1' 6" when full grown- with deer ears, antlers, tails, and stuff.

basically plantigrade deer furry thing

they're a magical species and usually have magic relating to 1-2 of the 4 elements (air, water, earth/plant, fire). Most learn how to disguise similar to humans for safety, keeping only the antlers, ears and tail of a deer (so basically kemonomimi)

How does that keep them safe? i dunno maybe kemonomimi are common in my little world i've come up with (they are lol)

they're a size-shifting species, only able to get bigger than their natural size. they can grow up to be the corresponding height, and no bigger. (example: they're naturally 1' 6", the average size for a deerian. so they can grow up to be 5' 6", the average height for a human.)

a not that important Warning! i'll be rambling and world building below. if you don't wanna read that, you can go now ^^

they don't really have their own language, and instead use languages humans use like english, spanish, french, ect.

they used seeds as currency. sunflower seed are worth the most and tulip seeds the least

they lived in a little kingdom inside an abandoned mansion before some undecided unknown species came and took over the kingdom, driving everyone out.

this next part is about how life is before & after the fall of the kingdom

Life before the fall Life was pretty good. the current ruler was fair and just and cared for all citizens equally. he and his family constantly went out to town to see how people were doing and find ways to make life better for them. the king before had been cruel and the current one wanted to make sure he was nothing like him. Some deerians who were skilled enough in their craft would work at jobs in the nearby human town to make money they used to buy food and clothing materials for the kingdom. They didn't need high-paying jobs since the kingdom was a buncha tiny people, and small amounts of food/cloth made such a large difference to little guys. other people worked to make other items for people like clothes, and bedding. some cook. lots of little jobs in the little society. School teaches the kids basic normal stuff that you'd learn in school until 4th grade, when they start teaching about magic as well, since that's when their magic starts to kick in. they have an AIG(academically or intellectually gifted)-type thing for kids who's magic comes in early called the "Early Sprouters Program" or ESP.

Life after the fall People have scattered. Small groups of people set up camp and started making village-like areas, safe havens for loners to come and stay. Loners are very small groups of people (ex: a friend group, a family, a small group of random people who barely know each other) who travel together and scavenge for food while looking for others to add to their group. Some loners are actually alone, fending for themselves, and there are very few loners who left their group to find somewhere else to live, besides with other deerians. Most deerians are unsure what happened to the royal family besides a few families who happened upon them while wandering. Most assumed they're dead. (they aren't btw)

anyway, world building aside here's a few extra details about deerians before you go (ive been typing for an hour omg)

there's other types of deerian

Deerfox Deerian Like a deerian but with fox ears & tail. they also can turn into a deerfox, although they can't size shift when in that form, and always go to natural deerfox size (aka natural fox size), no matter what size they were when they shifted

Jackalope (kemono)mimi Although the species branched off of deerians, it's been around for much longer than the deerfox-deerian and has evolved to be what's basically a human with bunny features and antlers. And magic.

BIG BULLY 2

This is the second part since I already have a few likes on the last one, don’t have a master post yet but I might make one later!

I really needed to know his name so I could stop referring to him as “big bully” or “jerk”. I decided I would ask him when he let me out. Whenever that was.

Eventually I fell asleep, they had been talking for around 10 minutes, and I know that’s not a lot but it is when you’ve been running on pure adrenaline for the past hour or so.

I had finally managed to convince my mom to leave and that I would clean tomorrow. I felt kinda bad for not warning April before just putting her in my pocket, I hoped she wasn’t too mad.

Once I was sure that my mom wasn’t coming back into my room I slowly reached into my pocket to retrieve the probably angry April.weirdly enough I didn’t hear her yell from fear when my hand entered the pocket not even shying away, “maybe she was starting to trust me!” I thought hopefully.

As soon as I grabbed her I knew something was wrong, “why isn’t she moving?” I whispered. I looked down to see an unconscious April laying in the palm of my hand.

I felt so stupid! How could I have thought she could trust me so easily, to her I was still just a big monster who kidnapped her. I went from sad to mad really quick, it wasn’t my fault she was in my bag! And how did she just expect me to let her go? Would she let a tiny girl she just met free into a house that was gigantic compared to her? Not only that but with a monster mother that would kill her on sight!? The thought made me shiver. I could tell she wasn’t going to wake up any time soon due to her not even stirring when I had shaken and moved my hand closet so she wouldn’t roll off my hand and…….. I don’t even want to think about that.

Well it was getting late, so I might as well just go to sleep myself. But where would I put her where she couldn’t leave? That made me sound so, so evil, but honestly I just didn’t want her to get hurt or lost.

She can just sleep with me! No that was a stupid idea what if I hurt her? Well I guess I never move when I sleep anyway, and she wouldn’t be able to leave without you knowing or hurting herself.

After I had debated with your mind for a bit I decided she would sleep on my chest! That was the best place for her, and it was nice and warm!

So I set her down on my night stand and walked over to the bathroom to get changed. I know it wasn’t the smartest thing to do, you know, leaving her alone when she obviously wanted to leave, but I knew she wouldn’t wake up while I was gone. And I don’t want to bring her with me to get changed, that was just weird. So I got changed into a pair of plaid shorts and no shirt, usually I would sleep in boxers but that flat is a little too awkward for me with having her on me and all. The more I thought about it the weirder it sounded, but it was too late and I didn’t have anywhere else to put her that she couldn't easily get off of.

I slowly slipped under the warm covers of my bed and looked over to her tiny sleeping form on my bedside table. I suddenly felt really bad. I really couldn’t be angry with her for wanting to leave, I would definitely want to leave the house of a scary giant if I was In Her place.

I reached my hand over to her and she started to move. I thought she was going to wake up for a second but luckily she didn’t. I didn’t want to have to explain to her how I was planning for her to sleep on me. That would be awkward.

There was no way she would ever agree to this while awake but I didn’t really have a choice, the thought of not knowing where she was scared me. What if I hurt her? Was I really doing the right thing keeping her here? Against her will at that. No. This was for her own good, there is no way she could survive on her own in a big world compared to her, I barely could and I was like 100X her size!

Once I finally made it out of my own head I realized I had just been staring at a sleeping girl with my hand out slowly but surely seeping toward her. I felt like a creep.

I finally picked her up in a loose fist and brought her to my chest and placed her down. It felt so weird having a little human (or at least that’s what I think she is) on me. Her tiny hands just felt so weird being pressed into my chest. I decided that was enough second guessing myself for one night. I gently placed my hand on top of her so she would wake me when she woke, and closed my eyes. I fell asleep the moment I relaxed my body and closed my eyes.

April pov:

I woke up, but I didn't want to open my eyes yet. I wanted to stay in my dream world where I didn't have to be always scared for my life like all the time. Sadly we all have to wake up at some point. Once I opened my eyes I realized, I didn't know where I was. The ground felt weirdly like skin, I was too warm and there was a giant hand laying on top of me. Wait…..a giant hand. I was on a giant.

The events of the evening before came rushing back in an instant. I didn't remember being here which meant one thing. He had held me while I was asleep. Asleep and completely helpless. The thought made me shiver with fear. I had to find a way to sneak away without him waking up.

I slowly started to scoot out from under the hand. I had gotten my whole torso out when his hand moved. His hand slid up just slightly but enough to put me right back where I started. I looked up to the bottom of his jaw (that was all I could see since he was facing the ceiling) . He was still asleep. Good. I slithered out of his hand much quicker this time to make sure his hand wouldn't move up any further. Yes! I had made it out from under the beast’s hand! I quickly ran off the side of his chest, on my tippy toes to make sure he didn't wake. I made it to the edge of the bed and looked for a safe way down. I would rather not break my legs trying to get away from a human, then I would be both injured and stuck with an angry human. Angry humans are the scariest, they can hurt you without even trying. I looked at the blankets that happened to be leaning off the edge of the bed just enough for me to get to the floor with only an inch in between me and the ground.

I took the chance and ran over them. I started to climb down the sheets and jumped off when i reached the end. Once I hit the floor I looked for any obviouse ways out. Wait. that's exactly what he would expect me to do, that means those are the firs places hell look. I had to stay close until he left then leave. He wouldn't check the same spot twice. I decided to ignore my instincts to just get as far from him as possible and I trend around to face under the bed.

I got to get this out somewhere:

Borrowers would know a lot about how people act alone, so living with a person who acts completely different around other people then when alone could add some confusion to a first meet.

I had a thought of a potential dynamic I don’t remember ever seeing in g/t.

Usually it’s the tiny who refuses to even allow the giant to touch them, but instead it’s the other way around. It’s clear the giant doesn’t actually fear the tiny just painfully aware of the size dynamic and is terrified of even moving so close to the tiny.

On the other hand the tiny after figuring out the giant is not a threat in the slightest is desperately trying to get closer to the giant as they want to hug and cuddle with the giant ball of anxiety, but the giant constantly seems to be just out of reach.

I will admit that this isn't something that I usually think about or anything,,, but currently loving the idea of a human holding a borrower while being held by a giant

Like,,, humans are already big in comparison to borrowers but to have the actual giant,,,, you'd feel like an ant

If you were the giant you'd have this already really tiny person, and thn on top of that you'd have someone barely even visible to you,,,

And! If you were the human you'd have the best of both worlds! You'd be big and small :D

I am currently feeling more big than small,, but it'd be lovely to have both at the same time,,,

Too many ‘normal’ people in g/t stories I think.

Give me a germaphobe human that loses their mind finding out a borrower has committed the ultimate sin (walked on their counter)

Give me deaf borrower who thinks their being quiet while borrowing, and the human just plays along, pretending they don’t hear all the noise they’re making

Give me autistic giant who holds a human captive simply so they have someone to infodump to

Give me human with visual and auditory hallucinations that just thinks the little guy they’ve seen running around their house is a hallucination

This isn’t even mostly about representation, I just think applying these to the g/t dynamic makes an even more interesting dynamic

Everytime I wake up in the middle of the night I am mildly disappointed that I didn't catch a borrower by surprise
