So I made my weeb friend play Danganronpa for the first Time (CHAPTER 1 SPOILERS)

Byakuya Togami ; Definitely straight, I feel like his family’s homophobic too, but I do believe that Byakuya himself doesn’t generally care if someone’s LGBTQ+ or not, they’re all beneath him. 💅🏻

Yasuhiro Hagakure ; Hiro definitely seems down for whatever, so I don’t see him really labeling himself, but this is a labels list, so I’m gonna go with queer. 💕

Kiyotaka Ishimaru ; I think we’re all in agreement that we don’t trust anyone that doesn’t ship IshiMondo. Taka is gay, but hasn’t figured it out yet. 💃🏻

Mondo Owada ; On the other hand, Mondo has definitely figured out that he’s gay and is experiencing lots of internalized homophobia, which is why he acts so aggressively masculine. 🥂

Hifumi Yamada ; Straight, but definitely has warped standards due to anime - although I think he would absolutely be a sweetheart in a relationship and y’all are sleeping on him because he’s not a hot anime boy with pretty eyes and shredded abs. 🥂

Leon Kuwata ; Bi with a femme lean, but also hasn’t figured it out yet. I have a feeling that it wouldn’t be a big deal to him once he did figure it out. It’s whatever, men pretty, girls pretty. 💕

Kyoko Kirigiri ; Also probably straight, but she does not have time for a relationship, she is a strong, independent woman that don’t need a partner. She definitely thinks a romantic partner would just be getting in the way of her living her life. 🥂

Aoi Asahina ; I know everyone loves the idea of Lesbian! Hina, but I see her being bi with a femme lean. She has lots of problems with romance and relationships, and it’s canon that she has problems with her femininity. She definitely thinks girls are gorgeous, absolutely for sure, but it did come as a shock when she found that she thought boys were attractive too. 👀

Sakura Ogami ; Also Bi with no lean !! I think Sakura could go either way, and wouldn’t mind. I feel like her issues lie more with men either fetishizing her ( “ big strong lady that can squish me between her thighs makes me go Awooga “ ) or finding her too intimidating because of fragile masculinity. She just wants to be loved in the relationship, not seen as “big hot Amazon girlfriend”, not as competition to make you more manly, just Sakura. 💕

Chihiro Fujisaki ; Yeah, I’m grouping her down here with the girls because this is a TransFemme! Chihiro support blog, but Chihiro is definitely somewhere on the aro and ace spectrum. Like Kyoko, I don’t see Chihiro finding importance in romantic relationships, she just doesn’t seem like the type that would, but I see her loving her friends and finding a lot of meaning in platonic friendships. 💕

Toko Fukawa / Genocide Jack / Genocide Jill / Genocider Syo ; Now Toko is definitely either a lesbian experiencing comphet with Byakuya or bi. While I can totally see her as both, I really like the idea of comphet lesbian Toko, because I feel like her relationship / crush towards Byakuya is her processing her trauma through liking someone who treats her awfully, since that’s how she was raised, in a house of abuse.

Celestia Lundenberg ; Yet another homosexual. Yes, she’s the only one I perceive as a lesbian out of all of them, and I don’t think she’s incredibly open about it. She doesn’t feel as if it’s an important part of her identity, or at least, doesn’t attempt to make it her entire identity. ✨

Sayaka Maizono ; She’s straight, and I feel like she kind of has lots of regular straight girl tastes that make everyone else around her just “ 🙄🙄🙄 girl, you’re basic “. Very vanilla.

Mukuro Ikusaba ; Straight, but I see her, like Hina, having lots of problems with femininity / femme beauty standards. She’s the kind of girl that feels like she has to put on her female costume every morning, even though she’d much rather wear pants / more masc clothes. Tomboy energy. 💃🏻

✨ Leon Kuwata ( He / Him ) ; Cisgender Male, Straight. Leon’s the type of guy that has gone after really high femme girls because he thought he had to, as well as being a bit shallow for awhile, what kind of guy doesn’t want a pretty girl on his arm ? Though, I feel like has he ages, he cares less about looks, and more about how well he vibes with a girl. ✨

✨ Mondo Oowada ( He / Him ) ; Cisgender Male, Biromantic, Bisexual. Mondo has some masculinity issues partially due to rejecting being queer for a pretty long time, but as he ages, starts to realize how stupid that mindset is, and recognizes that it doesn’t make him less of a man. ✨ Kiyotaka Ishimaru ( He / Him ) ; Cisgender Male, Gay, Gay, Homosexual, Gay. He definitely hasn’t figured it out yet, probably doesn’t give himself a lot of space to really explore any romantic feelings he’s had because he’s more focused on schooling and restoring the Ishimaru family name than he is about dating and romance, but is definitely a romantic schoolboy sap when he starts to realize his crushes. ✨

✨ Hifumi Yamada ( He / Him ) ; Cisgender Male, Straight. He definitely has a very skewed view of romance given his lack of social skills with other girls, and his obsession with anime girls, but I feel like he’s started to lean towards actual girls, would love a girlfriend that cosplays or has a very cute aesthetic. Probably reads a lot of cheesy magazine flirting tips that makes girls kinda roll their eyes and groan, but he’s trying. ✨

She was almost grossed out by that fact, but she couldn’t help but to laugh at it. Still has a strong preference for girls though. ✨

✨ Toko Fukawa, Genocide Jack, Genocide Jill, Genocider Syo ( She / They, System ) ; Toko uses She / Her pronouns and identifies as cisgender, but Syo uses They / Them pronouns and considers themself a separate entity from Toko, though doesn’t have a good image of who they are outside of Toko. Toko is Biromantic, AceSpec - Bisexual ; projects her desires for romance into books, yet is so desperate for love she didn’t receive that she tosses herself into shitty relationships to feel familiarity, and takes a long time to really adjust to being in any sort of healthy one ( Ex. Komaru ). Syo, however, is Aromantic, yet Toric ( Sexual ), having an obsession with male bodies and what they could do with them, yet lacking any desire to romantically pursue anybody. ✨

✨ Sayaka Maizono ( She / Her ) ; Cisgender, Straight. Has been accused of queerbaiting by fans, but it’s because she has a good relationship with her bandmates, and she isn’t even openly romantic or sexual with any of them, gets very frustrated by the accusations and even thinks they’re predatory. Has had a hard time pursuing romance with her travel schedule, but she and her bandmates gush over cute boy bands and even decorate their tour bus in pictures of their favorite boy idols, with hopes of meeting them one day, like any other teen girl. ✨

✨ Chihiro Fujisaki ( She / Her ) ; Transgender Female, Panromantic, Pansexual. Started presenting as female before high school, to conceal her male identity and having that inadequate feeling as a male, but grew to be very comfortable presenting as female. She did question her transition for quite awhile, even considering detransitioning for awhile, before realizing that would probably make her more unhappy. Still struggles romantically, but knows what she likes and doesn’t like, just hasn’t built the confidence or courage to approach people romantically yet, in fear of being rejected, but she has friends that are very supportive and helping her get there !! ✨

✨ Celestia Ludenberg ( She / Her ) ; Transgender Female ( but out as cis ), and a lesbian. Has always loved presenting femme, and as she older, presented femme full time and loves lolita fashion because of all the pretty, royal looking lace and frilly fabrics, never had the groundbreaking “ I’m a girl “ moment, simply is a girl. She also really likes other girls, especially high femme ones she can share a fashion sense and hobbies with. Can appreciate when a man is good looking, but still, knows she really likes girls. For my least favorite character, I’d have to go with Hifumi, because 1. he killed my boy, and 2. he could have been a good character, but the writers always mess up the writing of characters.

My least favorite class trial would be the 3rd trial in the second game because the murder just didn't make sense, the execution was pretty dull, and it just wasn’t the best out of the double murders.

My ultimate talent would be something like Ultimate Therapist or something, otherwise, I’d be in the reserve course.

When she's not cooped up in her room, she's mostly seen hanging out with her girlfriend Yoko (Leon and Byakuya's daughter) or when shes at school, she's in the art room drawing and occasionally trying out other mediums. She's also very well known for always somehow having food on her even when it seems to come out of nowhere, no matter where she is

She is also a self-proclaimed furry as she is almost always seen wearing giant colorful fursuit paws

She loves cartoons, anime, manage, comic books, newspaper comic strips, rainbows, kandi bracelets, neon colors, hoodies, animal hoodie, fursuits, fursuit paws, animals, Invader Zim, rock n roll music, punk music, techno music, scenecore, candy, sweets, cake, junk food, her girlfriend Yoko, drawing, painting, sculpting, making her own figurines for obscure anime/cartoons she likes that don't have any figurines of them, toy collecting, plushies, figurines and her favorite colors are black + rainbows!
