You don't know how impatient I was to finish this, but it's finally done \(>u<)/

Together with @melancholialapelada7 we present to you, as the first post of the year, ¡¡the Holy Fruit AU!!

It is an AU where Wukong interrupts the fate of another person and consequently ends up married to them. We'll see if this causes any misunderstandings along the way XP

This idea has been in my head even before the MK Dad AU, but I have "recently" been encouraged to present it, hehe...

P.S: Season 4 hit me hard, so I'm finishing what I have before I pull out any spoilers of my own… it's hard (OuQ)

Titles (Holy Fruit AU)

Wukong even forgot Guan Yu's name when they just started living together during their marriage... although more than forgetting, he was reluctant to recognize her name.

So he only called her "little wife" when he wanted to talk about this or that.

Eventually, he got used to it, turning their conversations into an endearing interaction between husband and wife.

An example of these conversations would be something like this:

"Little wife." Wukong called to the edge of his cloud.

She ignored him.

"Little wife!" Wukong twisted her back onto his cloud as his tail flicked absently over her head.

Guan Yu turned around and…

"Wife!"

"Great Sage!" she yelled in frustration, before meeting his eyes and responding through her teeth. "What do you want?"

"Rice."

"On the table."

Wukong smiled and took off into the sky on his cloud without giving thanks, leaving the poor woman shaking her head.
