"Y/n!" You turned your head and smiled at Taehyung running up to you.

"Hey, Tae. You ready for the test?"

His eyes widened as he looked to you in dismay, "W-what test?!""

"Tae," you sighed, "we've known about this test for a week and you still forgot?"

"Yes~" He said clinging onto your arm and pouting. "Y/n! What do I do~?"

"How about you study what you can before the class?" A sudden deep voice advised from behind the two of you, startling both you and the pouting boy next to you.

"Ah, oppa," you smiled at Jaebum and turned to finish the walk to your lockers. "That's a good idea TaeTae," you told the boy walking next to you.

"Hmm~ I guess I don't have a choice, but my memory is good! I'll pass this one, you'll see!"

You and JB laughed as Jaebum ruffled Tae's hair and waved goodbye to the two of you, telling you he'd see you after classes. Then after getting the books and notes you needed from your lockers both you and Tae said goodbye to each other and seperated. You always hated that neither of your best friends were in a single class with you, with Jaebum being older than the both of you and Tae's different studies you were always left alone in classes. Of course there were a few girls that you'd talk to but they weren't close to you, they were the type of friends that you had study groups with and sat at the lunch table with.

You looked over to Taehyung and smiled at him, waiting while he caught his breath from running. Shaking your head at him you let out a laugh, "You know that you shouldn't run like a mad man. What if you trip and hurt yourself?"

"Then you'll just have to take care of me and nurse me back to health, right jagiya~?"

You took in a sudden breath of air and started coughing, leave it to you to choke on nothing but air. You looked to Tae with big eyes and watched as he just smiled innocently at you, as if he had no clue what he had just said.

"TaeTae~ Don't go around saying stuff like that. You never know when someone will take you seriously," you said before sighing and shaking your head at the now confused boy.

"Say what?"

"Nothing, come on I see JB." You turned and started walking towards the older male knowing Taehyung would follow along after you like the puppy he was. "Oppa!"

JB turned his head and smiled at the two of you before bidding goodbye to his group of friends and heading towards us to meet us halfway. "Ready to go?"

"Mhm~ Oh, hyung! How did your presentation go today?"

"Hm? Oh, well I'd say we did pretty good. I hope it was good at least."

"I'm positive it was!" You told him, grabbing his arm and shaking it.

"Yeah?"

"Of course! You guys worked really hard on that all week!"

Jaebum smiled down at you and patted your head, "Gomawo y/n."

You smiled up at JB then casted your head down, feeling a blush starting to form on your cheeks. Neither you nor Jaebum noticed the scowling Taehyung who had watched the scene between the two of you with jealousy. You looked over to Tae when you had calmed down just in time for you to see him stick his tongue out at JB, making you let out a startled laugh at his childish actions.

"Tae?"

His eyes widened but then he pouted and looked away from the two of you, glancing over at you ever so often from the corner of his eye. You let out a smile and bumped your shoulder lightly against his own, making sure you got his attention before grabbing ahold of his arm and pouting.

"TaeTae? What's wrong? Did I do something?"

Taehyung swallowed nervously as he watched your cute actions and decided he couldn't hold it back anymore so he quickly grabbed you to him and grabbed your face in between his palms. "Aigoo~" He called out as he squished your cheeks together, making you let out a laugh and try to get away from his hands.

"Tae~ Stop~," you whined to the boy as he kept squishing your cheeks. You opened your eyes when he stopped and the smile quickly dropped from your face when you noticed how close the two of you had become over the struggle.

You heard someone clear their throat and your eyes widened as you quickly stepped away from Tae, who had quickly dropped his hands from your face but was still staring at you. You peeked up at Jaebum, who's face was blank, and noticed that he was staring at Taehyung. Confused you looked over to Taehyung and noticed that he was also staring at Jaebum, which didn't help you at all and just made you even more confused.

"Uh, guys?" You called out, which seemed to shake them out of their staring contest since they both looked to you. "Everything okay?"

"Of course, why wouldn't it be? Right TaeTae?"

"A-ah, yeah. Come on, let's finish going home."

Ever since that afternoon Taehyung and Jaebum had been acting weird towards you, and even weirder towards each other. Every time one would be around me and the other showed up the first would leave, which the latter of course would ignore and just talk to you as if nothing weird was going on. So after a week of them acting that way you had decided that you'd had enough and invited both out to the cafe that was a regular meeting spot, to which they both agreed to since you hadn't told them that the other would also be there.

Of course, you couldn't tell them otherwise they'd make an excuse to not show up and you needed to figure out what was going on. So now here you were, sitting in a booth waiting for the guys to show up and sipping at your drink that was in front of you on the table. You were nodding along to the song that was playing on the radio and didn't noticed the boy standing next to your table before he had cleared his throat and startled you.

"Oh, TaeTae! You surprised me!"

"How? I did call out your name, were you day dreaming again?"

"No," you said before pouting and crossing your arms.

He let out a laugh and slid into the seat across from you, "Awe. Mian I won't mention your short attention span anymore."

"That's a funny sentence to hear seeing that yours is even shorter than hers." A voice called out playfully, making the both of you turn and acknowledge Jaebum.

"Oppa~ You made it!"

"Yah! Y/n, I thought you invited me to spend the day together?"

Jaebum sighed before sitting in the empty space next to Taehyung. "Same, but apparently she had other plans."

You rolled your eyes at the two boys and cleared your throat. "I want an explanation!"

Both boys raised their eyebrows and looked to you confused by your sudden exclamation. "What?"

Both looked away awkwardly and avoided your gaze, looking to each other as if having a silent conversation. You watched them in dismay and surprise when they suddenly stood and started walking towards the door, leaving you with your mouth hanging open in surprise.

"Yah!" You got up and ran towards the pair that was now having a silent argument, but stopped quickly once they saw you. "You left me?! What is going on?!"

"Uhm, y/n." Taehyung suddenly said before losing nerve and nudging Jaebum. "Hyung's got something to tell you."

The older male narrowed his eyes at the younger and shook his head, looking towards you once more. "Y/n, we both have something to tell you."

"So, tell me." You said as if it was obvious, you were slightly worried though that it was something bad. What if they didn't want to be friends anymore?

"Promise you won't be mad?" Taehyung asked nervously as he peeked up at you.

You nodded and waited patiently while the two looked at each other once again before nodding and opening their mouths in unison, telling you three words that made you freeze in place. "We like you."

"W-what?"

"When we started avoiding each other was when we both admitted our feelings of you to each other. As you can see it didn't exactly turn out well."

Taehyung nodded, agreeing with Jaebum and both were watching you. Gauging your reaction and anticipating what you would say, more like who you would choose. But you didn't know what to say, you were frozen and you couldn't think or speak. Slowly though you nodded and looked away from the two, casting your gaze down awkwardly as you tried to sort out your thoughts.

"I," you started but quickly paused since you didn't want to say something that could hurt either of them. "I need some time, to think and process. Uhm, I-I'll head out first? Yeah, uhm, I'll see you two later."

The two boys watched your figure slowly disappear down the street before sighing and looking away awkwardly.

"Should we have told her?" One asked the other, looking back to where you had disappeared.

"Yeah, it's better she know than us keep it from her. Besides at least now if she decides it won't be awkward anymore. Remember our deal?" The other asked the first one.

"Yeah," the other nodded, "Whoever she doesn't pick won't hate her or the other."

"Right, and the one she does pick doesn't brag in anyway."

"Hyung," the first boy called out softly as he peeked over to the elder.

"Yeah?"

"I'm sorry," he said making the other confused.

"For what?"

"You liked her first and I didn't realize, I'm sorry I started liking her too."

Jaebum laughed as he patted Taehyung on the back, "She's a special girl. I would've thought you were strange if you didn't. Besides I am the master at hiding my emotions, so don't blame yourself or feel guilty. Okay?"

The younger smiled and held up his forefinger and thumb in the shape of a circle with his other fingers up. "Okay."
