Getting my plethora of different antibiotics, fluids, and magnesium.

They promise I am Not dying.

However, I am getting moved to the telemetry unit to watch my vitals more closely since I keep having a fever and my blood pressure goes wonky.

I just woke up after they gave me morphine for the pain to get my blood drawn and then met my night nurse.

He took my temperature and it’s 102.6 so it still went up.

Even with Tylenol.

He said he isn’t surprised because my labs looked like I was borderline septic.

Maybe another two hours and I would have been septic.

Hello dearest readers,

I am writing you from the ER.

The derma glue, to close the surgery site, came off when I took off the bandaging from my surgery on the 26th and I saw my surgeon on the first and he said it looked OK.

However, starting Friday, I started having diarrhea like that and then through the night it started hurting like a motherfucker and feeling hot to the touch.

Then when I woke up today, I just got worse and worse and worse and worse and worse… I can barely walk without someone helping me.

I woke up with Violent shaking, massive diarrhea, can’t keep down anything except for a sip of water here and there and even then I still try to throw it up, massive dizziness, passing out, I feel like I’m on fire, but I’m freezing to death, my surgical site is leaking like a faucet and it’s hot to touch and then it feels like a rock.

They have mentioned possible hospitalization but who knows.

They finally gave me Norco and more Zofran and now I am on two different IVs of antibiotics and fluids.

I also stopped shaking and having to keep in the fetal position.

Sorry for errors, using speech-texting mode, my hands are still shaking.

Well enough to update my dear readers

Hello, dearest readers,

I had to have emergency surgery on Tuesday early morning.

My incision sight from 7/26 had closed up, and the infection and cellulitis began to spread quickly and painfully, almost quadrupling in size in less than 7 hours.

The surgeon said it was not bad but certainly not good-looking when he went in. Tons of fluid, dead rotting issues, etc, were found and cleaned out.

Now, I have a huge hole to perform wound care on and repack daily until it closes up.

I am still on IV antibiotics 24/7, oxycodone or morphine for pain, and am not allowed out of bed with help to do ANYTHING.

I still get extremely dizzy and feel loads of pain when I move, but if I sit without putting too much pressure, then I am not in high pain or feel any dizziness.

I was supposed to go home tomorrow or Saturday, but I may be here longer with how much it hurts to repack the word and this new onset of dizziness.
