Song #163
Queen of Nothing by The Crane Wives
It was released on October 14, 2020
Fun Fact: "Queen of Nothing" by The Crane Wives appears to explore themes of feeling trapped, a longing for freedom, and the pressure of expectations. The line "Isn't this what you wanted?" implies that they may have pursued a path or made choices that have led to their current state. Time feels like it's running out, and there is a sense of urgency to "finish what you started." The mention of the "Queen of nothing" with a "heavy crown" suggests a feeling of being burdened by responsibilities and expectations, despite lacking fulfillment or purpose.

Taryn: I'm having problems with a guy...
Jude: Like 'his dead body won't fit into your trunk' kind of problems, or 'you like him' kind of problems?
Anyone else read Folk of the Air and immediately get the urge to become ridiculously powerful and get a hot enemies-to-lovers boyfriend and rule a country and prove everyone who ever doubted you wrong and help cover up your sister’s murder of your manipulative ex and

The Queen of Nothing: a summary
I'm pretty sure it was about 9-10 months.
Because at the end of The Wicked King, it's hunters moon and that's about midst/ends of autumn, meaning october, and then Jude is taken to the undersea for a month/ month and a half, and not long later she is banished, that could be anywhere between november/december.
And then at the begining of Queen of Nothing it's mentioned that it's early autumn, so maybe the first weeks of semptember? Maybe a little later.
So I believe it was around 9 or 10 months
Did Holly ever confirm how long Jude was exiled for? I've seen people speculate from few weeks to five months... and now I really need to know.

cardan, about Jude in The Queen of Nothing: oops, sorry that's my wife, Jude, yeah Jude Duarte? that's my wife actually, did i forget to mention she's my wife? oh before you forget shes my wife, oh yah actually you know what's interesting she's my wife, oh are you drinking water? you know who else drinks water? my wife, Jude Duarte yeah sorry that my wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wife wi-
Sometimes I just think of when Cardan is telling Jude about the whole thing where her exile was just a scheme or whatever, I think of how Cardan just wanted Jude to be proud of him, proud because he fooled everyone, just like she does. I think about it and break just a little bit more, because that's how he would have made Baelkin proud, by doing what his brother would have done, so he just assumed to make Jude proud he had to do what she does. Our baby High King was just so desperate for love and validation, indeed.
