State Ablities
Alabama - can force a person’s skin to start bubbling, lumps will form and it’ll eventually burst
Alaska - ability to accumulate a lot of water in the clouds and have it rain hellfire onto the Earth. He can also make the surrounding air around him as cold as he wants (the limit it -60°F). Alaska also has the ability to go invisible, sorta, he can go into a ghost like state and while like this his body becomes see through but there’s affects in it that look like the Northern Lights (he gets three because he’s special [his body and land were absolutely trashed by the russians and Gov felt bad for his state])
Arizona - Ability to raise the internal temperature of any object smaller than Alaska
Arkansas - his ability is the ability to create rock walls, they just can’t exceed 60 feet in length and 40 feet in height. He also has the ability for mass growth of flowers, he can make things pretty by having these flowers grow onto things (or humans, he can stick em to the ground
California - if he so wishes, can cause a fire by touching anything (Arizona's ability can't affect California in anyway, it only helps California's ability)
Colorado - he has two, ability to stick to absolutely anything like spiderman and raise the ground in pointy lumps like miniature mountains
Connecticut - can “rewrite” someone’s fate but using this ability is very exhausting for him
Delaware - Has the ability to rapidly age a person, someone could go from being 20 years old to 80 within a few seconds
Florida - has the ability to float mid air and control animals
Georgia - He will melt your skin off. He will leave nothing left.
Hawaii - she has the ability to make herself so hot that she will burn everything around her (uses this ability whenever she's forced to handshake anyone or hug them) and the ability to control water (uses this to hit people she doesn't like in the face with water from their cup)
Idaho - his ability is to turn stuff into gold, he can put how much turns to gold and how slowly so you could get stuck with a gold, un-working esophagus or lungs and die line that
Illinois - (fun fact, Illinois is known for nuclear power plants) his ability is to raise radiation levels around him or another person
Indiana - can make a person’s body collapse in on itself but this does take almost all of his energy
lowa - Iowa can make himself completely undetectable, he can’t go invisible, but he becomes invisible to any sense but the eyes. He can also cause severe anxiety in a person to the point they start hallucinating.
Kansas - can make a persons balance extremely off to the point where they can’t walk. He can also force sunflowers to form in ones throat and choke them
Kentucky - can make ones abilities to breath or even see properly hard. Their lungs start to be the equivalent to a smokers lungs. He can also cause immediate organ failure but this ability takes up a lot of his energy
Louisiana - Magic. His abilities are levitation, floating, and the ability to summon magic weapons
Maine - he has the ability to go invisible and cause people to lose their voice, they cannot talk anymore, "shut the fuck up*
Maryland - she can make barnacles start growing from your bones and burst out through your skin
Massachusetts - can make your rapidly turn into a robot, your skin, muscles, and everything that makes you up will be replaced with mechanical parts
Michigan - Michigan can form objects in peoples bodies as long as it’s smaller than he is. He could put a bunch of plastic inside your body for the fun of it and you’d never know until your body starts hurting
Minnesota - he has the ability to increase blood pressure in your body along with being able to cause sudden blood clots in somebody
Mississippi - can rapidly get rid of any amount of water you have in your body and blood
Missouri - can affect how strong peoples emotions are and how severe it is, he can also convince somebody to do anything he wants them to do.
Montana - he can lower somebody’s body temperature as low as he wants as long as it doesn’t exceed -60°F.
Nebraska - can force any of his surroundings under a person/animals feet surround their legs and make it near impossible for them to move. This ability takes a lot of energy for him to do
Nevada - he has a controlling ability, it's more of a "this person is so in love with me that they'll do anything for me" and he means *anything*. He can also make a persons internal biomass become toxic or radioactive.
New Hampshire - has the ability to turn a persons skin to pure rock, what type of rock or stone is purely up to New Hampshire
New Jersey - can take away your five senses to his will. You can’t hear, smell, see, taste, or feel anything and now your fate is up to him
New York - he can take away your ability to move anything, not even your eyes and has the ability to accumulate dust in your throat at any pace he wants
New Mexico - can increase the amount of dust in the air and subtly make peoples ability to breath much harder
North Carolina - can force plants to come out of your skin at any pace he pleases. You also don’t die immediately so you’ll be stuck there for a while as the plants feed off of your body
North Dakota - can force someone body fat to quickly reduce in size and can sometimes get rid of it completely. Can also cause mass dehydration or starvation in a person
Ohio - if it's flammable he can light on fire at will, doesn't have touch it, if he thinks about it hard enough then he will set the thing on fire
Oklahoma - can force ones body to rapidly transform into whatever animal he desires although this does take up a lit of Oklahoma’s energy
Oregon - (✨✨ability inspired by his name✨✨) can cause your organs to rapidly shrink or grow in size, he could make your organs bust outta yo damn body if he’s feeling malicious
Pennsylvania - he can force someone’s guts out from their mouth
Rhode Islands - can make the ground beneath someone become a liquid state and trap them in the ground
South Carolina - can affect how gravity affects a certain person, you can either go floating and be crushed into the ground, his pick
South Dakota - can cause surges of electricity through one’s body in any voltage amount he wishes for but this does waste a lot of energy
Tennessee - can cause someone’s skin to start rapidly splitting apart from itself
Texas - he can float in a similar way to Florida and can boil peoples blood
Utah - can cause his image to appear so bright to a selective person that they'll go blind and also has the ability to cause people to go completely insane almost immediately
Vermont - can cause a persons head to literally split open but this does cost him a lot of energy
Virginia - his ability is to rapidly have a disease waste someone away, doesn’t matter the disease but if he picks a slow acting one then your time alive will slightly increase and it won’t feel good
Washington - can turn someone completely invisible. They can’t communicate with people either nor can they touch them. This ability takes up a lot of energy
West Virginia - he can make people hallucinate and controls how had it is and what they see
Wisconsin - can have someones bodily state start to deteriorate at any pace he wants, he can make everything but their brain rot if he really wanted to. This ability wasted a lot of energy though
Wyoming - can make a person stop seeing other people, they stop existing to that person and he enjoys watching the people go mad
