"Hello my people! Let me tell you how I became spider-woman!" Calla said as she quickly put on her school clothes. "Like others I got bitten, got powers, I did have a super sad life." Calla said as she looked down. "But for a teenager my age I have a one year old child." Calla said as she turned her head to the side.

"But I do have a friend called Miles Morales, who is my only friend since people just judge me for having a child." Calla said as she remembered how her ex just yelled, and left her. "I guess it's for the best..." Calla said as she smiled through the pain.

"But the real thing is that I don't need a man at all. I still have my parents, and my friend and I'm happy with that." Calla said as she ran into Miles. "Hello Calla!" Miles greeted me. "Hello Miles!" I greeted him back.  Me and Miles are going to be best friends until the end of time.
