Yes, but id just put Apollon in the middle, cus of the Paris thing (but that's just a myth, so the two goddesses obviously still like each other, but its what most people do), id put offerings on paper plates and paper towels because that isn't what people usually do...and you don't need glass wear to hold offerings, so if you don't have paper towels or paper plates at all, I say its somewhat ok.
