Okok so this isn’t like a head canon, one shot or anything but just something that I want to let out because what if you’re the younger sister of Simon and Andrew butttt matthew being in love with you

goshhhh the drama (I love drama and angst😈😈) especially if this is in the beginning of season one and 2

also Simon and Andrew give off older protective sibling vibes and I’m all here for it like yesss 😩

but anyway you can I imagine how you and matthew fall in love maybe you guys are childhood friends or maybe you guys both follow Jesus and the feelings start there but just know that he loves you

Nono because once Simon and Andrew find out that the former tax collector is sweet and in love with their young sweet sister that could never do anything wrong in their eyes lordddd someone hold them back!!!!😭

Simon is pisseddd and Andrew is more on the side to not show it but he fails and you can just tell from the look in his eyes that he’s mad

Simons bullying increases and he will tell our baby Matthew to back off and that you’ll never be with him because you can do better and him and Andrew will never allow him to be with you :((

Yooo, I thought Gaius may be the centurion asking Jesus to heal his slave too!!! Granted, the slave mentioned might've been adult and I didn't recall Gaius specify exactly how old his son and servant are, but Quintus once addressed him as "centurion" soooo... I think they're heading in that direction.🤔

so it's probably the servant boy that will be sick that this season!

Personally, I find Matthew and Mary to be like the cutest of platonic little beans. I love them. The fact that they both just sit and help each other deal with their shame and regret and trauma of their past lives is. It is really nice to see. I just got to the part with the prayer tastes in season three and now I kinda want to draw that too. Also I think this was the first time Peter ever actually found respect for Matthew, and I’m enjoying watching the change in how he treats him from this point on.
