She has food in her mouth, but not enough to stop her from talking or to be gross. An image of Sun starts zooming out from the middle of the gif showing Sun following Charoen's instructions to take a deep breath, to no avail since she still looks annoyed.
GIF 7: Aylin clutches to her own paper food container against her chest as she looks at Sun and says, "What's the problem, human Sun? You seem frustrated." Mawin turns to look at Aylin once she starts speaking, since his eyes were on Sun previously. His brows seem to be slightly frowned.
