V.1: Silent Pines, 1998 Special Credit: Silent Pines is heavily inspired by and uses a very similar style to the stunning @windbrook savefile by @folkling, the gorgeous portsim savefile by @florwal, and the amazing builds by @moonwoodmillz. Thank you all for your hard work, I take a lot of inspiration from you all. Silent Pines is a base-game only save file inspired by Life is Strange with 3 major worlds, a whole new set of townies, and a complete mystery to solve.

13 Community Lots
3 move-in ready homes for your sims
A total of 9 houses, 6 of which are filled with townies
18 households with jobs, story, and drama
A complete mystery to solve (should you want to)

I used S4Studio to rename all the worlds, and I've decorated all the neighbourhoods with T.O.O.L. As I said before, Silent Pines is completely base-game friendly, absolutely no packs or kits are used. There is some custom CC, mainly posters that add to the story. The CC is one package file and adds nothing other than some customisation to the story. It is not required.
For example the missing poster of Cleo Emerson, a girl who disappeared under mysterious circumstances;

Silent Pines is heavily inspired by Life is Strange, the Windbrook save file, florwalsims' Portsim save file, as well as the hazy nostalgia of the late 90s and early 2000s. I hope to see you all soon for V.2!

ð–¹ first, i wanna say thank you to all the sims builders who allowed me to use their already built lots/houses & put them in my save file, this really helped me a lot with the save file!Â
ð–¹ i listed all the builders both in video & description box of the video!
𖹠this save file is not pack restricted, there are many packs used in the creation of this save file, so keep that in mind!
ð–¹ i created so many new stories for the new but also old townies/families & i gave them new careers, skills & such.Â
ð–¹ there are also new holidays which you can enjoy and celebrate with your sims, but also new clubs where your sims can gather and hang out!Â
𖹠the save file is completely cc free & mods free, except for the more selectable icons which i definitely recommend! - it is a small mod, but it brings so many different icons you can choose from!
ð–¹ i definitely recommend watching my video overview of the save file, so you can get better idea & understanding of the save file - it has timestamps, so you can choose to watch the part that interests you!

definitelyjumping on @silentpinessave silent pines save file. i love me a good mystery. planning to give the townies some makeovers to match my aesthetic and create my own ocs to be the ones to decipher how cleo went missing. so exciting!
Slowly putting the first neighbourhood together and imho it looks sooooo nice! Just as I’ve imagined 😌
Also, I’ve learned how to recolour objects in the Sims4Studio and make backdrops (like e.g. those mountains) buyable and actually visible in game, so… God, somebody stop me pls! 😂

To give more context, this save utilizes ALL EPs, GPs, and SPs (except My First Pets) as well as ALL KITS (except Bust The Dust and Poolside Splash) While you may not own every pack or kit that I used, the save file is still playable. Everything missing will be substituted.

I didn't get a chance to use all of them, and my original concept for the save fell through due to time constraints, but I'm thankful to have had access to the diverse array of families you made for the save. All the Copperdale lots for my Spooky Save are complete! This world is inspired by the kinds of things you would see in your typical missing teen thriller (think Twin Peaks, PLL, Cruel Summer, etc) and it has a kind of grungy, retro vibe.
Introducing the Doo Doo Save File - Version One!

This save is still very much a work in progress. While most things appear to be complete (such as builds), there's still a lot to be done. So, keep that in mind. Also, I tried my best to playtest everything, but this is a HUGE save. So, it's possible I missed things. If I did, feel free to let me know!

I did use one piece of CC, but it is absolutely not required in order to download this save. It's the Modern Family Portrait by RAVASHEEN! Download only if you want some cute portraits of the families.
