"Everyone has something unfinished! Just accept it and move on." Out of all the places on earth she could be followed by an unrest spirit, it had to be in her home. For a moment she had considered his proposal, the want to be alone in her own home was beginning to sound wonderful.

"How do I know that you'll keep your word and leave me alone once we do this?"

Wolfgang has no clue why out of everyone else on earth only this stubborn homebody was the one who could see him. he had already asked her to help him, but he was quickly turned down. "Do you just not want to help me cause you're gonna miss me when I'm gone?" he asked sarcastically,

"I don't think something is unfinished, I know something is unfinished!" this was frustrating for them both, he just wanted to check on his sisters and brother. Then there was his angel. he just wanted to know the ones he loved most were okay. "I'll leave you alone once you help me."

The memory of the day that they had met made her smile for a moment. She had enjoyed explaining baseball to him, felt bad that she had been so closed off but he wasn't the best of persons then either. But something about it all seemed to far away, like it wasn't her. Something she was still trying to get over since everything had finally settled.

She still didn't feel like herself. She still didn't know who she was now.

Standing at the counter, she scrapped bits of food into the trash compactor before putting them into the dishwasher, she knew it was only a matter of time before Rafe said something. And when he did, she felt guilty, a little bit of her cracking.

Shrugging, she scraped another plate. "I don't tell anyone about Elva." Washing her hands after putting the last plate in the dishwasher. "It's complicated." Finally looking over at Rafe, she felt sad but not sorry. " But you met her now, thats the important part, right?"

"To be fair, the suit was Sage's fault. She hadn't specified where we would be. I assumed in the executives' box, so I dressed to impress potential partners." Though is non-formal where would have still been too formal for where they were sat.

"But your sister had the good graces to at least explain to me what was happening. Baseball was not a family pastime as a child." He tried not to dwell on those thoughts as they often brought him down and soured the mood.

"Pleasure was mine Elva, see you around." He smiled back but felt it slip now that it would just be Elizabeth and him. Things hadn't been this awkward between them in a long time, usually it was arguments or snippy banter unless they went down a different path.

"Of course." He stood collecting plates and cutlery. As he took it to her kitchen and placed it down, he began to come agitated at her lack of conversation. He needed something, anything from her, even if it was to talk about the food.

Griping the kitchen side so tightly, he let out a breath and stood straight. It seemed he would be the one to break the silence. "So, when did you plan on telling me about Elva?"
