i ran out of mana to summon my car today.

Cant cast spells cause allergies ate a bitch

I am Penrose, and as looks go im stuck as this oddly incomprehensible object. I do have a human body though so i can participate when needed.

I have gotten bored with my life and create spells that i’ve experienced, and have archived them in some manilla folders.

I do not condone use of my spells, though i hope through all of my old and frankly terrible ideas i can assist in Spell Regulation and Creation Limitations.

As part of the Council I wish to spread higher regulation standards as a lot of the loopholes ive discovered are (while unreasonable) exploitable.
