All employees should be paid a living wadge. If the company can't afford to pay staff then that means the company has not budgeted correctly. Its not the employee's job to subsidize the businesses failings. The company is property of the owner, and therefore the owner's job to pay all expenses before reaping a profit. Employee's livelihood is one of those expenses.

The concepts that companies use to exploit people and screw them over can and should be turned around on them, but capitalists don't. When a capitalist selectively enforces capitalism so only they make money then they are just crooks :3
