I designed this character to be Buggy's girlfriend LOL... Also to challenge myself to One Piece style (including the way he draws women's figures, which was very hard because it just hurt me to remove half of her ribs). She has the Hither Thither fruit. She can beckon or shoo the attacks/moves of paramecia fruit users when they’re using their power. For example, if Luffy used gum gum pistol, she could redirect his rubber arm, but if he didn’t stretch to punch, she wouldn’t be able to control his arm and would likely get beaned in the face. She can use her power to help Buggy beat some of his fruit's distance limitations. Her bounty is very low because she doesn’t really cause trouble for the world gov’t. Her name would be pronounced as “Eburi” in Japanese — Buggy’s nickname for her is “Ebi-chan.” “Ebi” means shrimp, so he’s making fun of her low bounty, and poking fun at the fact that she's actually way taller than him.
