In a less angsty scene, Ford is scoffing at the advice Stan is giving out about dating, so Dipper turns and asks him for dating advice instead and Ford gets really red and awkward and avoids the question until he whispers to himself (but without moving at all so Dipper hears all of it) “I haven’t talked to a human woman in over 35 years.” And Dipper kind of edges away and goes back to Stan and they keep talking.
