It was a boring day for you at Night Raven Collage. All your classes seemed to somehow double in time, and each passing minute seemed more like an hour to you.

You let your head slide down onto your arms that were propped down on your desk, sighing out in boredom as you tuned out Crewel's lecturing from your mind.

It wasn’t long before a quite interesting idea popped into your mind, one that involved a certain strawberry haired boyfriend of yours and the 'kabedon' challenge that you saw resurface on your social media a couple of times before. The more that you thought of it, the more your curiosity to see Riddle's reaction increased. Plus, when did you ever turn down the opportunity to see the flustered look on your lovers face?

A few more minutes passed and the bell for your last class had finally rung. It was now officially time for you to put your plan in action.

You waited until the rest of the class and the teacher had left (you weren't that cruel to do it while the other students where still there, boy would die of embarrassment). Your eyes glanced towards the red haired boy who was standing right next to the class's door, waiting for you as you (purposely) took your sweet time packing your stuff up.

"Y/n hurry up, we're going to be late for the the unbirthday party." He ushered you, taking a look at the time displayed on the large clock hanging on one of the classroom's walls.

"I'm done, I'm done." You assured him, picking up your bag before heading towards the boy. "I was just checking to ensure that I didn't forget anything." Swinging the bag in your hand over your shoulder, you made your way to where Riddle was standing, hoping that he would stay where he was until you got to a close enough proximity to him, since his standing place next to doorway was great for what you were about to do.

Now standing next to Riddle's side, and right as he was about to turn his back to make his way out, you raised up both your hands, quickly and swiftly slamming them onto the wall behind him, successfully trapping Riddle's figure between your arms.

A look of pure shock graced the boy's face for a brief moment before it slowly morphed into one of embarrassment as he realised the position that you were both in. You proceeded bend both your arms a bit to move even closer to the boy; the space between you now so scarce that your noses were nearly touching. A dark shade of red crept up Riddle's neck, spreading to his cheeks and all the way up to the tips of his ears. His heartbeat picking up as he failed for the first few moments to form any comprehensible words. "W-what are you doing?"

You internally smiled at the cute reaction he showed in contrast to his usual serious self. It was really adorable how quickly flustered he gets by your actions even though you both have been dating for quite a while now.

You decided it was enough teasing him and leaned out a bit to place a quick, sweet kiss on his nose before you completely pulled yourself away from him. "I just wanted to give you a kiss, that's all." You grinned.

The heat on Riddle's cheeks had tamed down a bit now that your faces were't so close together like before. "You didn't have to do all that just to give me a kiss!" He huffed out, seemingly a bit annoyed by the fact that you knew how easy to fluster he is. It was hard to take him seriously though when the tips of his ears were still coloured in red. "What if someone came in and saw us? That would've been inappropriate."

"Aww, don't act like you didn't like it~"

He shook his head, turning his back to you as he made his way out of the classroom with you alongside him following his lead. "You're so childish."

"But you still love me!" Your hand reached out to slip into his, lacing your fingers together as you gave his hand a slight squeeze, feeling the warmth of his hand slowly seep into yours.

Riddle didn't say anything in return, and you thought you wouldn't get a reply out of him until a few seconds later you felt his grip on your hand tighten, to which you smiled, knowing that it translated into an wordless affirmation to your previous words.

Riddle Rosehearts | Kiss

Summary: Riddle is in love.

Love.

What is love? What do you do when you’re in love? Riddle might be excellent academically, but no books could explain the fluttering feeling that left him breathless in your presence, even more so when a chuckle escaped your lips that could make him turn beet red.

He couldn’t focus. Not when you’re facing him with your hands cupping his face, pulling him so your forehead could touch each other. You mumbled words he couldn’t process just yet, a natural blush spreading across your cheek as if you’re bashful of your own words, but you still gave him a smile with your eyes glazed with an overflowing bliss and satisfaction he knew was directed to him only.

What is he supposed to do if he’s in love?

Riddle could feel his discipline slowly crumble at the touch of your kindness, desperately scrambling to get himself together and to save any scrapes of sanity left within him. And it frustrates him to no end; you had him running around endlessly in search for a null answer — a conflicting feeling of guilt and pleasure he couldn’t get enough of, even if he knew it betrayed all the upright justice he’d grown to believe.

For once, he wished his greed could take him over to override his rules. The realisation of his desire made him stay silent, eyes boring into yours with an unreadable expression on his face. Resting his hand atop yours, he slowly moved in closer before you could move away from him.

Why should he wish for something he could do instead?

“Can we kiss?”

He didn’t wait for a response.

You groaned, throwing a hand over your head. "I dunno."

Riddle rolled his eyes, holding out a spoonful of orange medicine to you. "Open your mouth."

"It's sticky and bitter. I don't want it."

"It's medicine," Riddle poked your mouth with the spoon. "Ahh."

You shook your head, turning away.

Riddle sighed, pulling you back to face him. "I'll give you a strawberry tart after this. How about that?"

"...Fine," you gulped down the medicine painfully, scrunching up your face.

Riddle smiles, leaning down to plant a kiss to your forehead. "I'll be right back. Don't go anywhere."

Riddle has invited you over to Heartslabyul for a sleepover and you end up sleeping in the dorm head's room for the night. But as you find difficulty sleeping, you realize that Riddle is on the same boat as you. What kind of conversations pop up as the two of you find peace through the silence of the night?

Warnings: it was supposed to be fluffy, but it turned slightly angsty

The night sky had already settled at Heartslabyul, with a pure silence that filled the always noisy halls of the dorm. At the dark of the night, there was no rule to follow, no first years making extra trouble, no raging Riddle to encounter…just the dark and it's quietness. In such a lovely and peaceful night, only you couldn't catch a glimmer of sleep. No matter how you tried to close your eyes and let the slumber take you, nothing would happen. You just kept turning from the one side that was facing the wall to the other that facing Riddle, who was already asleep.

"Rose?"

…Or so you thought.

Cussing for waking up the busy dorm leader you slowly turned to face his side. You didn't thought your insomnia could have an effect on the person laying near you too.

"I'm sorry. Did I wake you?" You winched as you gritted your teeth in worry.

But Riddle didn't look sleepy at all. On the contrary, he had a very calm dementor surrounding him while his silver eyes studied you carefully. "No, you didn't." His eyes wondered to the ceiling as he let out a sigh. "I can't sleep."

You let out a snort, "Welcome to the club."

He gave you a warning look to which you responded by quickly turning sides and pulling the cover over you, "I know, I know…Good night!"

Hiding under the cover, pretending to be asleep, you missed Riddle's bittersweet expession as he laid his gaze at you. Riddle bit his bottom lip, he didn't want to be harsh on you. He slowly reached his arm to your side, barely poking you but quickly retressed it back. "Hey…"

You turned to look at him once again, but didn't utter a word. Seeing his expression left you speechless; Riddle seemed as if he was about to cry while looking embarassed. You furrowed your eyebrows as concern immediately filled your senses, "Riddle what's wrong?"

"I…hmm…you..uhh" The dorm head struggled to find the right words.

His cheeks were rosy as his lovely red roses and his grayish eyes were shining as if the moonlight was reflected on them in the dark night. "Riddle?" You voiced, still unsure of what was running through his head.

Your sudden call seemed to have startled him, his cheeks began to redden even more. Slowly catching on his weird behavior, you let a knowing smirk paint your lips as you moved near him on the mattress. The boy grew even more nervous and quickly questioned your actions. But you 'shh's' him with a finger on his lips and pushed him to face the other way. Riddle did as you instucted him without a complain. "Now?" He asked, unsure of your intentions.

"Now…" You breathed as you pressed your body against his and placed your arms around his neck in an tight embrace, "…That is what you wanted, right?"

Riddle's incoherent mumbling was heard once again. He seemed to have forgotten his surroundings as he was getting lost in his own head. So you decided to bring him back; "Riddle, is your silence an invitation because if so…" You didn't continue that sentence —not that you had any intention to— as you slightly backed your hips at him.

The red head let a shriek and like a flash turned his head to face you, " (Y/N)!!"

"Shhh, people are sleeping!" You semi whispered semi yelled a warning at him.

"And what exactly do you think you are doing!?" He whispred back.

"You were getting distracted, you should focus on me."

Riddle grew quiet again. His mind was probably processing what you had just said.

"Riddle, what's wrong?" Your expression softened.

The red head swallowed, his hands shaking as he touched yours, that were hanging around his neck. "Do…Do you…think of me as a tyrant?"

You slightly titled your head, "Now, where did that come from?"

"I get it that I am very harsh sometimes-"

"Most of times" You corrected.

"…most of times…" He repeated with a sour expression. "I know I may even overdo it-"

"You definitely overdo it. I mean who for the love of seven has a rule that involves putting jelly in a mouse's nose or dressing on pink when taking care of the flamingoes!"

Riddle rolled his eyes. "…But I do it for the benefit of the dorm…I want them all to succeed…" His silver eyes watered.

"I know. That is why you are a role model student." You reasured him.

Riddle's eyes widened, he tried to stand up and face you, but you didn't let him. "Riddle, you may be a bit obsessed with following the rules and a lot of times overdoing it, as well as overworking yourself in the process too…But I know, that you are also a very reliable person, you will not stand for injustice and always take care of the people you're close with and even more; you are taking care of an entire dorm! That is a pretty big thing."

The dorm leader remained silent for a while. Tears were slowly rolling down his rosy cheeks. "Why do you think that highly of me?" He didn’t let you answer just yet. He gritted his teeth hard this time. "I've been horrible to you and everyone else. I even overblotted and put everyone's lives in danger!" His voice breaking into a drowned shout.

"Shhh, Riddle…calm down." You held him tighly in your embrace.

"Why…? Why…? Why do you…?" His sobs broke the temporaty silence you had created and filled the room.

You unhocked yours arms from his sides and procedeed to climp on the top of the Hearslabyul dorm leader. Placing your hands on each side of his pillow, you slowly lowered yourself to him. "Because, Riddle Rosehearts, I love you more than you could ever imagine; more than any rule you would follow." You breathed as you captured his lips in a heated kiss.

Riddle didn’t dare pull away, the feeling of kissing you gave him a warm and familiar feeling of security as he let himself loose for you. His hands moving to hock around your neck as he brought you even closer to his lips. He felt like he was slowly losing oxygen, but still didn’t want to tear himself away from you, his fingers moving to catch locks of your hair, wanting you closer to him.

You slowly pulled away, slighty hearing Riddle's whine, leaving both you and the red head breathless and dazed, while looking at each other.

"(Y/n)…"

"Shhh, they will hear us Riddle…"
