Just remembering that "Astarion vs Geralt" poll and thinking about how Geralt easily takes down Dettlaff in The Witcher 3, a higher vampire that's near impossible to kill. He would hear two full sentences from Astarion about Cazador and have his swords sharpened, his potions ready, and all coin refused to go kill that motherfucker. Also he'd totally introduce Astarion to Regis.
