  I got home from work at six-thirty. Traffic on the beltway had been particularly egregious this evening, but at least it was Friday. I had a pounding headache from dealing with Maryland drivers and I wanted nothing more than to catch up on shows while snuggling on the couch with Nei, my partner of almost ten years and wife for a few of them. I had the awful luck to get a great idea for a Halloween story almost a month after Halloween. Which kills my motivation to write it (as if I had any in the first place), so like, there's a very small chance I'll write it now and stash it aside for next year, and a very large chance I'll just shelve it for now and maybe remember it next December. If I don't and it's September or October: H & M & E & vampires. That is all.
