•Most things are well in D's grasp though flying a Noble ship to Jupiter and visiting a vampire base is a No. He doesn't trust you will get back in one piece. (And yeah the cannons can still hit Earth from Jupiter)

Would he refrain because he does not know how much pain it would cause to his smaller, human lover?

•Currently and as Alucard persona, the Vampire King is less primal as his Vlad persona. Think more sophisticated and up more with the times. Hellsing’s codes and behaviors also apply to Alucard for the most part.

•As Alucard, he would be very much more to refrain. The initial knotting is a physical symbol of becoming mates for life or unlife. A lover probably would not get knotted unless of course a breeding kink overrides the control.
