Comic artist hubris but I don't think I'd get bored with eternal life. Do you know how long comics take to make--

i'm... a little suspicious of the claim that most people who say they have a phobia dont really.

i mean there ARE people who say they have a phobia to justify hating these animals but i have a hard time believing thats MOST people who say they have a phobia.

i mean just speaking personally i never really HATED spiders i always thought they were cool but seeing one still evoked a response in me. like if i saw a spider in my house if it wasn't killed i'd be too afraid to go in the room i saw it in for days or weeks. and i knew it wasnt a rational response but it is what it is. and like... if that's NOT a phobia i don't know what is, even though i never had it clinically diagnosed or anything.

i DO put this in the past tense because i was able to treat the worst of it (thanks to an article you linked on your website actually, lol thanks.) but it was something i did by myself at home. so now i still get sort of an anxious prickle when i see a real spider, but i can overlook it. i can share space with a spider which is good enough for me.

you guys Need to start seeing bugs as animals im not even joking anymore. the second u start seeing them as tiny animals the more your world opens up and the more you accept different types of life Into that world. youll begin accepting that even life you cant understand is still worth living. and itll legitimately make you a better person. fuck
