Two kids, definitely related, maybe twins if you want, both get akumatized at the same time after a fight. Maybe they were arguing about a game they were playing or something. 

So they’re both hunting down Ladybug and Chat Noir but they’re also hunting down each other. And when they find each other it’s all-out war. Paris becomes a battlefield.

It’d be even better if they could control people and force them to be the players in the battle.
