After working on months long projects I wanted to do something that doesn't take too much brain power, so here's a retexture I made of the trolley/tram object 😁

Default replacement ; will conflict with other tram overrides

I have wanted a modern library for so long, I have looked everywhere for one and have never found one to suit my save file. So in came my next build

This was built in mind for one of my sims who is a freelance writer, I use this lot as a place of work. I have it set on one of the penthouse lots, but you could easily place it on any lot

There are two offices upstairs

Library

Computer room

Cafe

Outdoor coffee stall for the warmer weather ( with seating )

A pool as honestly I was strapped on what to place here

And then there's a tennis court

I have included photos of the majority of the build, including what it looks like from the world map
