400 g of minced meat

1 medium cabbage

⁘Preparation mode:

Cook the ground beef, seasoning to taste, leave a little sauce on the meat

Open the cabbage in the form of slices from the inside Remove the leaves until you see that the ground meat fits inside the cabbage. Place the minced meat inside and cover with the first leaves that were removed first in the form of slices

In a pan, prepare a sauce of your choice.

The sauce has to cover half of the cabbage.

Use little tomato paste so the cabbage doesn't become bitter

As soon as it starts to boil, put the cabbage inside the sauce, cover the pan and let it cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
