Ah! My favorite Castlevania and Obey Me person. I was just thinking about how much chaos Maria Renard would cause as an exchange student in Devildom. Summoning magical animals? Ready-made Orphan? Technically, a powerful witch that's a distant relative to the Belmont Clan? Yes and Yes.

To be honest it was neat to get both the pre-teen Maria and the adult Maria in Grimoire of Souls.

Wait... have you been writing about her all this time? and I didn't even notice!

damn !, to tell you the truth I only put S/o for 2 reasons.

1-for the reader to replace the character's name with any one

2-I didn't want to copy the variations of Mc/yuu/Oc and etc.

3-Because S/o acts exactly opposite of the canonical Mc, if Mc is emotional, soft and forgiving, S/o is imperturbable, hard and strict.

(I focused a lot on the concepts of yin / yang, since one of Lilith's daughters was born shortly after her "birth" and another after her death).

of course s/o is a good person, but she is insecure and doesn't like to open up to strangers, it took mc years to get over her stoic exterior.

on the outside it is tough but on the inside it is very soft.

besides that I really didn't intend to describe Maria, I was actually writing a character that is a mix of personalities among these would be (Luci, Trevor and me).

But if that was the result, I'm glad you liked it, hope to see you here again!
