The d10 and d00 go to a pair of twins playing a Warlock and a Wild Magic Sorcerer, who can both use eldritch blast, although one more reliably than the other. Cleric gets the d8 and can cast sacred flame and use channel divinity, Bard gets the d6 for inspiration, and the Wizard has d4s for magic missile
