Found some old tarot combined playing card designs i made for darkstalker legends a year ago

I had no plans for any of the characters besides Clearsight and Arctic (The prophet, The puppet)

Frankly i dont think i did the book justice what so ever, and i absolutely hate how they look now, so ill be remaking them throughout the next couple months. If you want to see them, follow me or this post where ive created a masterlist of the cards and will add them as theyre made!

Tarot card side, "The puppet", depicting Arctic strung up with red wire or string that drags off of the card border itself

Universal card backing. It has parallels to Pyrrhias three moons, a clock, the stars of a nightwings wing as well as the teardrop markings indicating mind reading, Darkstalkers hourglass, and finally, the diamond of the old night kingdoms plaza

Basic playing card side, Arctic is seen without strings in this version and is simply marked as Arctic without the prince honorific
His playing card is that of a King

The first two cards im posting are gonna be Foeslayer and Arctic because of valentines day

Though i feel if wof had holidays/more than one mentioned festival Arctic would hate most of them. Honestly, like my guy cant get away from reminders of the ice kingdom for the ones that take place during the winter, and the warmer ones are just gonna be hell for him. Litteraly and figuratively.

Like easter? Eggs, a reminder of Darkstalker and Whiteout, essentially something binding him to the night kingdom. Festa junina? Takes place during the peak of summer and hed be surrounded by an event that screams nothing about his home.

The only holiday i could possibly imagine Arctic even being close to liking would be, like, Holloween, and you know what, yeah, me too.

Honestly, would the ice kingdom even have that many events or holidays? Idk something about the rankings and "Holloween isnt something someone in the first circle would do" because its not useful to their kingdom in some way.
