Seeing ghost passed down through male generation means father of William and Tobias Herondale. So i think it's pass to both of them William and Tobias... And Rosemary and Kit are the descendants of Tobias...

If seeing ghosts is a curse passed down through the male generations of the Herondales, why was Kit able to see this inherited from his mother? and why don't the Lightwoods, Cecily Herondale's children see it?
