I'm done for the day. Made Ho-made Gyros! Gyro meat from scratch as well as the sauce today. Didn't have time to make the pita bread, so bought that. It was soooo yummy. My sauce is soooo good. Wait, I'm referring to gyro sauce when I say "my sauce". LOL

I was involved with a production of David Bowie's "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars" theater production several years ago. Fun time! If you travel to Mars, you may encounter one of these........ How would you greet her?
