Why do parents feel the need to tell people about you? Like, it’s none of their business! And then they switch the truth!

“How’s your child?”

“Oh, they’re fine. Annoyed because I didn’t want to go to the store with them.”

NO BITCH! I’m annoyed you chose to wait till we were about to leave to cancel our mother-child day.

Or when they lie instead of just telling you the truth!

“Oh, I don’t have enough money for that.”

Precedes to spend about $100 dollars on a purse, when what I wanted to do was just $20!
