heeseung would definitely try and act like it doesn’t bother him but at night, he secretly goes in his phone and search’s up you and niki ship edits or writings and reports the creator. you were probably the one to tell him that fans were shipping you with niki and he would just shrug, pouting. “ it doesn’t matter to me. i know you aren’t cheating on me so why would i care?”. after you told him, he would definitely be more affectionate, especially around the cameras

jay- shipped with sunghoon

jay is the type to try and distance you from sunghoon after he himself finds out that you’re being shipped with him. he would most likely try and hide it from you and ignore the fact that there were more you x sunghoon edits than you with him. jay would always find a way to get in between you and sunghoon, always standing or sitting between the both of you when cameras were on. like heeseung, it doesn’t bother him tooooooo much because he knows you’re his and he is yours.

jake- shipped with sunoo

honestly, i think jake would be the most pouty. he would whine and complain to you about it every time something like that popped up on social media. if the two of you were on a live together and he saw a comment saying “ y/n and sunghoon forever!” he would definitely pout, nudging you before showing you the comment. he’d quietly ask you to address it and talk about how you only had eyes for jake while he sat there with a frown the whole time. pls comfort this baby.

sunghoon- shipped with heeseung

sunghoon would be the type of person to talk to you about it and make sure that you did in fact still love him. he was never a really jealous person but all the the edits and stories about you and heeseung made him undeniably angry. he would probably start posting the two of you together more online with cheesy captions like “ i love my baby y/n!!💞” or just smth like that to try and show off your relationship with eachother.

sunoo- shipped with jungwon

since you and jungwon were closer in age than you were with sunoo, he would understand why fans shipped the both of you. that doesn’t mean he was okay with it because he most definitely was not. he hated knowing that people around the world thought that you and jungwon belonged together when you and sunoo were very clearly the best couple. sunoo would be overly affectionate around you like jay, almost making sure to have a hand on you.

jungwon- shipped with jake

jake was just a bubbly and affectionate person, especially with you so when the edits and comments about you and jake came in, he was already expecting it. jungwon is really mature so he would probably sit the both of you down and have a serious conversation about this. jungwon would probably make a video if you said that it made you uncomfortable and would tell fans that you didn’t like being shipped with jake. and just like that, fans would stop.

niki- shipped with jay

due to niki still being so young, he would probably be the most jealous member and distance himself from you when he noticed you and jay getting closer. he tried to stay off social media when all he saw was edits of you and jay. eventually, you realised that niki wasn’t acting the same and asked him what’s wrong. when he told you, he realised how stupid his reasoning was and instantly apologised. you told him that you loved him and only him and just like that, your bubbly cheeky niki was back!!

9:18AM — sleeping over at your boyfriend’s dorm taught you that 1) he was not a morning person, and 2) you being next to him in bed seemed to make that fact even worse.

“jus’ a few more minutes baby, seriously,” riki mumbles into the crook of your neck, breath tickling your skin softly. even his leg was wrapped tightly over yours, preventing you from any route of escaping his warm embrace.

you sigh. as much as you love the affection, you felt bad for the boys working hard outside to prepare a meal without you two. “we should go help them, c’mon.”

as if he was listening in on the conversation, sunghoon bursts in at that exact moment, clapping his hands annoyingly loud. “times up, kiddos! food’s almost ready and it’s your turn to help out,” he announces, ignoring how the male in bed lazily attempts to throw a pillow at his face. “and niki-ah, jay told you to leave the door open by at least 3 inches last night.”

all sunghoon gets in response is an annoyed groan as riki attempts to dig further under the sheets, only for you to sit up and throw them off him moments later.

“sorry, we’ll be there in a minute.” you smile awkwardly, elbowing your boyfriend as the elder wishes you a pitiful ‘good luck’ before heading to the kitchen.

luckily, it only takes a couple more promises of attention later and reminders of all the delicious food outside for riki to finally get up himself, adjusting his white tank top and tangled hair before following you out the door. the boys all coo at your entry and offer sweet welcomes and greetings — completely contrasting how niki only gets a few aggressive pats on the shoulder.

“hey y/n, wanna take a turn flipping these?” jungwon gestures to the pan cooking pancakes with a sleepy expression, offering you the spatula with a grin once you accept.

everything was going swiftly; the once empty plate next to the stove now containing a tower of buttermilk pancakes, as well as sunoo’s hashbrowns being halfway done. it was almost suspicious how riki had left you alone for more than five minutes, but your confusion quickly went down the drain as two sly arms wrapped around your waist with ease.

“do you need something?” you mumble, trying your best to wobble over to the cupboards and get the syrup despite having another human glued to your back.

riki scoffs, placing his chin on your shoulder. “i don’t need a reason to hold you.”

you catch sunoo and heeseung roll their eyes with a smile, the other boys working around the kitchen only taking glances in surprise — probably because it was rare for riki to show his affection so openly, but you suppose it’s because he’s still half asleep.

“what?” riki catches their lingering eyes, hands caressing your waist gently.

jake smiles like a proud mom in response. “you two are cute.”

“aw, did you want a hug too hyung?” the younger fakes a pout teasingly.

“nah, i have jungwonnie here to give me hugs!” before the poor leader could protest, he’d already been scooped into jake’s playful arms, whining in annoyance as laughter fills the dorm’s kitchen.

you pat riki’s arm, craning your neck up to meet his eyes with a content smile. “guess you’re stuck to hugging me.”

“i think i can live with that.”

“ come on y/n, you’ve been swaying this movie for so long!! it’s perfect weather for it too” the boy at your shoulder pouted, whining and wrapping his arms around you waist carefully. niki had been begging you to watch ‘the nightmare before christmas’ since october had even arrived. he claimed it was to get the both of you into e halloween spirit. you had been so busy recently that you kept delaying watching the movie which resulted in the problem you have now. a pouty niki.

you placed the soapy dish you were holding back down in the sink, sighing softly. “ go sit down on the couch and i’ll make popcorn. get the movie up” you muttered, craning your neck to give the less pouty boy a small kiss on his soft cheek. he instantly let out a small cheer, kissing your cheer in return before sprinting off to the lounge room. you were dating a literal child.

maybe it was the way his cheeks flared a bright pink every time the two of you kissed or maybe how you could hear hi heart beat that tiny bit faster every time the pair of you cuddled. whatever it was, it undeniably made you fall harder for him.

you must’ve been thinking for a while when niki called out for you, telling you to hurry up. you hummed in response even though you doubted he would’ve heard it.

placing the freshly washed dish on the drying rack, you grabbed some popcorn, placing it in the microwave. after a minute or two, the microwave rung out, telling you that the popcorn was finished. you grabbed the bag from inside of the microwave, carrying it over to the lounge room where niki has been patiently seated on the couch, waiting for you to finish.

the paused movie illuminated the room when you sat down, giving niki a small smile. “ here, hold the popcorn” you say, handing it over to him before sprinting to your shared bedroom, opening a cupboard and grabbing the fluffiest and warmest blanket you could find. tugging it out, you walked out of the room and made your way back to the lounge room. where was niki?

“niki? where are you?” you called out, your own voice echoing throughout the small house. stepping out from the hallway into the living room. jumping out from a tucked away corner in front of you was the boy you had just been looking for. “ rah!!”

“aah!!!” letting out a loud yelp, you instantly jumped back out of reflex causing niki to fall to the floor in immediate laughter. rolling your eyes, you nudged him playfully with your foot, chuckling quietly before making your way back to the sofa. niki followed after you not long after, still giggling.

“ you should’ve seen your face” he snickered, remaking the face you had unconsciously made.

“noona..” jungwons voice creaked out, stirring you around in your sleep. repeating it again, he placed a soft hand on your shoulder, careful not to startle you. “ noona, wake up..” he muttered, a little bit louder this time. letting out a small groan, you had woken up from your sleep rubbing your eyes with a frown tattooed on your face. already, jungwon had already started to mumble out apologies for waking you up until you had stopped him with a small tap on his sweaty hand that still rested on your shoulder.

“what’s wrong wonie?” you asked gently, sitting up while peaking your eyes to open. the state jungwon was in almost crushed your heart. his eyes were red and puffy, hair messy and cheeks stained with previous tears. “ what happened?” you asked, this time with more urgency in your voice. jungwon wasn’t the type to have nightmares but when he did, they were really bad. he explained that he had a nightmare and you opened your arms immediately. cooing, you wrapped your arms around his figure that had placed itself next to you. he let out another quiet sob, burying his face in your shoulder. “ shhh… it’s okay, you’re safe now.” you whispered, hoping it would somewhat comfort him. “ sleep here tonight, okay?”, laying yourselves down while rubbing comforting circles on his back.

he had seemed to somewhat calm down and his previously wide eyes had grown tired and sleepy. allowed him to continue to rest against you, you brought your hand up to his hair, gently playing with it. something you did ever movie night which seemed to make him sleep in an instant. a few minutes pass and jungwons head grew heavy against your shoulder, meaning he had fallen asleep, you following him into dreamworld not soon after.

feeling limbs untangle with yours mixed with the sunlight seeping out of the window pulled you out of your dream. you felt a pressure lift off the bed next to you, making you open your eyes, only to squint straight after. “ go back to sleep noona…” jungwon said softly, padding over to your side of the bed. his eyes weren’t puffy anymore but his cheeks were sure rosy. he looked so cute, it was almost as if you could k… no that would be weird… “ y/n noona, thank you for last night.” he said, sitting down next to you on the bed just as he did last night.

he leaned over, leaving a small kiss on your cheek. now his face was much more than rosy and you were sure your face was too. he let out a tiny giggle, standing up before kissing your other cheek, ruffling your hair, and walking out of the room.
