I can't stop thinking about in "Suffering" the siren says ''come play with me and our daughter '' like I know it's a mistake or whatever BUT imagine if Ody comes home and he's like

"Where's my son!?"

And Penelope's like ''Son? No Ody our child is our daughter actually."

Basically Telem tranfem because it would be so funny. Imagine the look on his face like

Oh so the siren wasn't lying about that. Oh shit.

I can't stop thinking about Mischa calling Ocean an orphan a-hole.

At first I was trying to figure out why on Earth he would call her an orphan they all have parents

Then I realised what if Mischa's just repeating insults that were aimed at him. I mean he's the angriest boy in town surely he wasn't just standing angrily all the time he likely got the nickname from fighting or arguing with others. So him getting called an orphan a-hole is likely something he heard while arguing with someone.

I need more people to use this in fanfics or just in general because I think it's just. Interesting.

My working theory is his powers were so out of line with eachother that he physically couldn't cast without hurting himself and didn't even know he was a magnus TILL the monks gave him tats. Galen took an interest in him more afterwards because of course he did.

The last few updates of aurora have prompted everyone to theorize about Erin's Secret Backstory that Red won't tell us, so here are some of my horribly researched, very serious theories!

-He was adopted. Galen searched until he found a baby Elemental Magus, took him to the soulshaper monks, and they made baby erin look like he was Galen's kid.

-he killed someone. i don't know who, maybe a sibling, but it was probably when he was young and didn't have a whole lot of control over his powers. He badly injured them, and then Galen took them both to the soulshaper monks, who tried to help the injured one but failed, and put erin's sealing tattoos on. i have no evidence for this, which is a running theme in this post
